I purchased a used Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be happier with the buy. Truck was everything they said it was and advertised. Katie and Geoff were extremely helpful throughout the process and even picked me up at the airport to get my truck. This was the best buying experience for a vehicle I have ever had!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle. Geoff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the whole process extremely easy and pleasant. He didn’t try to give me the run around or upsell me anything. He gave me a good deal on my trade-in and helped me get into a new-to-me truck. I highly recommend g5.

Giving 5 stars because I don’t think I did this when I purchased my car in 2022. My sales person was Katie and she was very friendly and helpful and she was flexible as well. I have recently been in an accident earlier this year and lost my car due to the negligence of someone else. Katie has been more than cooperative and helpful during this process while the lender and the gap insurance has not so she’s been very pleasant to work with during this stressful process! If your company can you need to drop Carco as a gap ins and get someone else because they are terrible for business.

BUYER BEWARE: I bought a 2018 Ram 2500 for nearly $30,000 from G5 Auto Sales in order to pull my camper (camper weighs 6,000lbs dry). The VERY FIRST time I pulled the camper, the truck went into limp-in mode. When driving without the camper, however, everything looked normal - you couldn't tell that anything was wrong. I took the truck into the mechanic and was told it needs a new transmission. This was before the FIRST PAYMENT on the truck was ever made - less than 90 days out from purchase. I talked with Geoff from G5 Auto and he explained that the timing must be coincidental and they couldn't help me. I asked if the dealership expected their cars (especially ones sold for $30,000) to last until the first payment. His answer was essentially, "no." Buying from G5 Auto is, in his words, "a gamble." No help was offered. G5 Auto will not be a place I will return or recommend.

Working with Kate at G5 auto was an absolute pleasure. This was one the best car buying experiences I have personally had. She was helpful , knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make our customer experience the best it could be. I would highly recommend checking out G5 for your next car buying experience. Must not want to sell cars I guess made an offer they passed. I asked if that was the best they could do is they’re asking price they said yes and if it didn’t sell that they were actually raising the price.

Went today to buy my new truck and Geoff was awesome ? he somehow managed to find a truck basically perfect for my style in my budget. I’m honestly very impressed with how efficient both he and the other sales rep are, I expected to be there for hours checking out cars but it only took a little over an hour before which was a relief. Definitely recommend checking them out ?

Absolutely loved my experience! First time buying my own car so I was already nervous and clueless ?. Geoff and Katie were so patient and kind with me and helped walk me through everything that I needed to do on my side. My test drive was amazing and Katie and I jammed the whole time while chatting about the car and just life, it felt like I was with a friend lol. It was definitely better than the awkward and stale ride I was expecting to have to go on. I also really really love my car and will definitely be getting my next one from them if I need! Overall definitely a 10/10 will be recommending ???

I drove 2 1/2 hours round-trip to come and look at two Toyota Tacoma’s. Upon arrival the first vehicle test drive went great. I enter the building to talk to the sales representative again and he was very disrespected about my trade-in vehicle. At that point, I told him how disrespectful he was and how it was rude that way he came off, and then I suggested I can leave if he would like me to. He stood up and pointed out the door and yelled in my face and told me to leave. All because I told him that the way he addressed me with my friends was disrespectful. I work with customers daily and the way he treated myself, and my friends was not professional, nor correct, nor right.
I would not waste your time coming to the dealership or even looking at their trucks. One of the worst interactions I’ve ever had interacting with a dealership in my life.
