Very, VERY awesome!!! Spoke to Mr. Rich before I got there about a car, and he was right there waiting for us!! Super honest about every single thing, very compliant about any questions you have. Nicest people I’ve met, didn’t try to screw us over. Brought home that car the same day!! Thank you all, you too Patrick!! You guys are the best!!
SLIGHT UPDATE. We’ve had a few issues with the car as of recently. Although staff were WONDERFUL, we’ve already had to replace the valve gasket cover because I looked and it was clearly already messed up, having a bond putty of some sort. Not a big deal so far. However I looked into it a little more and noticed my better was pretty small so that tells me something might be up with the alternator/coils. Not a huge deal right now. Other than that, the car has been just fine no major issues. I do absolutely still recommend them, Just make sure you look at the car if you’re unsure. I noticed when I was buying it, I absolutely believe they would’ve offered to fix it. Like I said, still lovely people still lovely atmosphere.

Make sure to get a 3rd party inspection before you buy!!! We bought a car that appeared to be in great condition and were told it was “well maintained”. The oil and filter were absolutely filthy and hadn’t been changed in well over a year. As a result of their inability to do basic maintenance we are stuck with a $2000 repair bill.

I took a look at a Rav4 in the Fishers location. Overall the vehicle was in good condition, but required work that would cost over 1k. I asked if the team could sell me the car at the sticker price but fix the issue. I was told no and that this was not a major issue. Unfortunately the mechanic told me something different the day before, and that it was an issue I should resolve soon.
I will give this dealership a 2 star as the sales folk were very friendly, did not pressure you and tried their best to work with you. However the manager is extremely stingy on prices. The claim is they price vehicles well enough to be competitive, but I visited dealerships around the greater indianapolis area(and ended up buying a Rav4) and they were much more competitive.

Original experience was not what I was hoping for. Bought a car and was never given inspection report. After getting car brought to Subaru dealer and was told it needed new tires and lots of maintenance. Fritz said everything was good! Upon getting my feedback I received a call from Kyle who worked to make this right and was fair. How they respond to issues is why I increased my rating from a 1 to 4

Listen to me and visit Fritz! The salesmen are good, honest people and they made us feel extremely welcomed. We found a great suv for our family and despite us coming in so late, they worked with us, took their time explaining the paperwork and made sure we were comfortable. Brad, Damon and Pat were amazing!!!

I know I'm late writing this review but I was 19 years old at the time (Spring 2023 season) trying to buy a new car & felt clueless about the process financing it at the dealership. Shout out to Patrick & everyone else for creating a welcoming & educational environment for me. I am extremely grateful and was able to get my dream car after my old one was suffering from constant maintenance issues.

UPDATE* The day I left the high review below was the last day I was able to drive my new to me car i purchased from FRITZ in fishers. That was day 3 after It was purchased. Since then it has been waiting to be seen at the mechanic shop. Recently we learned it need around 2500 dollars worth of transmission work done before we can drive it again. My husband called our salesman and he basically read the very limited warranty back to him and said there was nothing he could do. Ya know we are a hardworking family with twin 3 year olds. We dont deserve this. We bought a car paid almost $17k to Fritz and we have to pay 2500 to drive it before we even plate it or make the first payment. WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY TO FIX IT Their spill above about "Do unto others as they would do to them." IS A LIE
My husband and I bought a 2015 Chevrolet SUV from Damon at Fritz in Fishers this past week. He was great to work with. You could tell that he truly wanted to see us with a new vehicle. He shopped around found us the best rate he could. We came from 2 hours away to purchase this and he stayed late two nights for us, as well as, held the car until we could get back up to it. The next time we are looking to buy again, we will be coming to Damon. Thanks!

Excellent service from Michael. He immediately treated us as soon as we pulled in and asked what we were interested in. He helped us find the car that we were looking for and immediately got us in it to test drive it. He helped explain the costs and options of the car. He allowed us to take some time to think on the car and immediately helped us when we came back. He was a pleasure to help us with purchasing a car.
