Been here for about a month, love it! Love the atmosphere and the people are welcoming. The workouts are what I've been missing! I feel great! I'm excited to see where I am in another month! Oh and Josh the owner, easily one of the best that I have personally trained under.

I have been lifting for over a decade and this gym has everything I could want. If you are a dedicated lifter that has been in the gym a long time or brand new to the gym, Josh and everyone will make you feel welcome. I have not taken any of the classes but the equipment, atmosphere, and access can fit anybody's schedule and needs. Has powerlifting, strongman, and general exercise equipment to fit any regimen you want.

Let me start by saying that I have never enjoyed going to the gym. I've always preferred training in an activity (e.g. boxing, martial arts, cycling, etc). Now that I'm in my 50's, I need to incorporate weights and functional training into my regimen. Welcome to Force Barbell!I have been blown away at how my body has transformed in such a short period of time. Josh is personable, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. The classes are challenging and fun. The people are great! If you're concerned that you won't fit in - don't. If you're concerned that you're not in good enough shape to start - that's why you're here. There are not enough expletives in the english language to explain how great this place is. Just join, enjoy the workouts, enjoy how your body feels, and enjoy looking in the mirror.

I didn't know lifting working out could be so much fun! In just a few months, I've made awesome progress and I look forward to coming to the gym every time! (Even when I'm sore!) Josh is incredibly skillful and has helped me become more and more confident and able to lift way more. One thing you get here is an amazing community and culture where everyone encourages you and is a part of helping you get your goals. It's awesome.

I won 6 weeks of athletic training sessions for youths from a charity auction and wasn’t sure what to expect. My 9 yo and 3 of his friends attended 2x a week and were excited to go workout every single time. Their trainer Joe was amazing and had the patience of a saint. He had them doing exercises such as pushing sleds, lifting barbells, pull-ups, running drills, planks, push-up and more that adults would have struggled with all while rocking out to Led Zepplein. They loved it and would look at their muscles during the water breaks. It was great! Not only were they getting stronger but my son’s self confidence on the soccer field grew and was even noticed by other parents. I highly recommend Force Barbell! We all had such a great experience there and hope to sign up for more sessions after the holiday.

Being a member of Force Barbell over the last year has literally changed my life. I've achieved numerous goals including dropping my body fat percentage by over 10%, losing over 20 lbs, gaining significant strength and flexibility, and completing a marathon in under 4 hours. More importantly I've learned so much about strength training and fitness (subjects I used to think I knew a lot about) as well as forming great relationships with other members and the Force Barbell staff.

Force Barbell really helped my back. I have been plagued by lower back pain most of my life. The coaching staff at Force Barbell created a workout plan tailored to strengthen my back. I am now able to deadlift pain free!

Tyler and the coaching staff helped strengthen my lower back. I have been plagued by lower back pain most of my life. With their coaching and cueing on proper mechanics, I am now able to deadlift pain free! The staff are encouraging and a positive atmosphere to train in!

I am very impressed with this gym, the facilities and the staff. They are truly interested in helping you be your best self and know how to get you there. Inspiring and professional are the first two words that come to mind. Tyler put me through a comprehensive evaluation to determine my injury extent and outlined a plan of action. Highly recommended!
