First of all, I stood at the counter for a couple minutes before the 3 employees with their backs towards me chatting noticed I was there. I needed a shipping label printed, and the employee handed me a normal piece of paper. I was thinking, "How am I going to stick this to the box, do they not just have sticker paper?" Employee looked confused, and a different employee came up and explained to me how he can give me this plastic bag to put the paper in to stick to the box. This is so confusing, and I can't imagine how this is easier or cheaper than just having sticker paper. How can retailers afford sticker paper but FedEx can't, or just doesn't have it at their printing locations? Such a confusing interaction. I don't even know if this bag is too big to put on my box I'm returning.

They have Poor service they had to females working today February 7th 2024 it took the one30 minutes before she acknowledged what l needed and her communication skills and Professional employee knowledge was zeroKinko's needs to educate and train their staff before putting them on the Kinko's floor to workSad.

Friendly staff, always willing to help with our marketing items, flyers , handouts , banners , biz cards etc…… typically can get us printed up same or next day.

I called to try and get info about shipping options to a foreign country and employee Tiavanni was not only rude but sarcastic and outright nasty. I was polite and businesslike asking what options they had for service and she told me they ship by plane, multiple times. Yeah, no kidding. That doesnt answer my question. I asked about express service and again she told me it was by plane. Are you kidding? She kept laughing hysterically and sounded in my opinion like she was stoned. She knew what I was asking. I even explained saying USPS has priority mail and I asked what services FEDEX had? Her response again was, "by plane". So she was just playing games instead of providing assistance and telling me what services are available. Unprofessional, obnoxious, toxic nonsense. Fedex is going to lose customers because of employees like this. I asked her if she was okay and she laughed, again sounding stoned and said she was fine. So I asked her name and she asked mine. Ridiculous behavior from a Fedex employee. i finally said that I would go to another office and she just laughed and said, "okay". So she's chasing away business.

Couldn’t even do a simple enlargement. No one in the printing area had any idea how to do this and the only suggestion was to sending it away for over $100 to the expert design team.

Came in to this location with 5” x 7” wedding seating location cards uploaded to FedEx. I knew what I wanted but did not know my options or how to execute this printing. Ryan helped me pick out a stock card with a perfect contrasting color to ink, took the time to get them collated and printed and then continued his amazing service by cutting my stock paper down to 5” x 7”.I came in not knowing how and Ryan took everything and ran with it and produced BEAUTIFUL printed wedding seat location cards. I AM FLOORED by his customer service on a busy Saturday afternoon when they are looking forward to the end of their day.Definitely recommend asking for Ryan to help your needs! Great job!!!EDITED: I am still amazed by the service here! Erikk was ALSO AS AWESOME as Ryan was. Both super helpful!!!!

The website is down so I couldn’t submit my order online. The manager refused to match the online pricing. Refused to adjust the pricing to compensate for not having the correct paper in stock. Refused to compensate the “rush order” fee even-though the website said pick up time was around 6pm. Refused to apply the same discount/promo code that I was using online. I had to complain profusely before he started offering suggestions. Then he offered not to charge me for cutting the paper (which is ridiculous because I wasn’t being charged to cut the paper for my online order, it was complementary) I ended up using self service to get my things printed off & I was told that my order would just take a minute to cut. I agreed to wait, but another employee looked at me and said “What? Do you want a chair or something” I politely told her that I was waiting for my order since he said it would be just a minute. Not only am I annoyed but I am absolutely disgusted by her comment, it was unprofessional and rude.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I paid to have a package next day ship/ over night on Thursday. Saturday I came for the package that had arrived in Inpls at 5am. The manager Nick refused to take 5 minutes of his time to look for my package, I was told vis another fed ex employee I could come to pick up. After discussing with him how important the package was and how I had drove 40 minutes to come get it again after being told I could come to pick it up. He described the SMALL room he would need to go through to find my package. I asked if he could just TAKE 2 minutes to look, he let me know he was just not willing to do so simply because the package was not due until Monday. As this was 5 hours before closing and not another customer in sight

slow, terrible customer service with an "everyone is wrong except for me" approach. I even had a girl abruptly leave in the middle of my transaction after telling another employee that she was taking her break (and never mentioned it to me). 0/10. I will go to UPS across the street from now on.

I used this location for some rushed printing I needed for a trade show. Everything was great until things were picked up. None of my 3 banners we cut correctly, I had to cut all three of them down myself. All three were scratched up and the printing quality was equivalent to what I’d get on my cannon inkjet by my desk. I wish that was the hard part.Business cards.. ohh boy. I had 4 sets of business cards printed. 2 were 250ct and the other 2 were 500ct. I was charged almost $200 for each set of 500, $66 for each set of 250. I called the manager, Ryan, (as someone else had picked up the order and didn’t question the prices) and explained that mathematically it doesn’t make sense. I was told “too bad the price is the price it’s what the computer tells me” he refused to look into it further or even acknowledge that something fishy was going, was incredibly rude and condescending and all but told me “tough luck” about my order.I know that printing is charged per sheet of paper. I also know that you can fit 10ct 2”x3.5” business cards (with no bleed as min were) on a single 8.5x11” sheet of paper. My receipt shows that for each set of 500ct cards I was charged for 125 sheets of paper, enough to do 1250 business cards, and for each set of 250 cards I was charged for 42 sheets of paper, enough to do 420 cards. I suppose given their cutting skills it’s possible it took them 2.5 tries to get it right but that’s not my problem.Do yourself a favor, save the time and energy of having to file a corporate complaint due to dealing with these scam artists and just all around rude, bad managers. Don’t waste your time printing here.

Panicking and rushing to get some obituaries printed, tried to do it myself but the inside kept printing upside down. Came to Fedex and Miladi (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong) assisted me while providing superb customer service! Give that woman a raise cause the pressure she took off me is more than worth it! #employeerecognition #givepraisewhenitisdue! #thankyouMiladi! #lifesaver

I had to ship out computer equipment to a company and had no idea how to do this. I worked with Tom and his Customer Service was excellent. He made sure I was educated on how the process worked , made sure I dotted all my "I's" and crossed all my "T's" and double checked emails and addresses. He was personable and so very kind. I am so grateful I had him to help me today.

Show up to print, been here for a hr now because printers are out of ink.You would think when they start their morning making sure every print station works if not at least know they don’t work.The lady work with me is great and nice though.The 1 star is for the lady working
