My personal vehicle had to go in for a new catalytic converter as the original one was stolen and so my insurance company (Progressive) set me up with an Enterprise rental at this location (Fishers Indiana). So I called yesterday and they told me I could pick up my rental car this morning but then they call me this morning and they told me they don’t have any cars!!! ? So how am I supposed to get to work??? So I ask to speak to the manager and the rep told me that they sent a message to him… but I haven’t heard from him all day. So they said they would call me at 2:00 and let me know if the car they promised me would be ready at 2:30. Well, of course, no one calls at 2:00 or 2:05 or 2:10. At 2:15 I call I call to see if the car they have a car like they promised me: nope, no car and no apology for not calling at 2:00. I told them to forget it that I was going to go with Hertz.

One of the best car rental customer service we’ve ever experienced. We needed to rent a car for the traveling during the holidays and Ashley called us the night before our pickup to let us know our vehicle was ready early. So kind of her to go out of her way to provide great customer service. Our car was smooth, clean, and new. For a great price. Would definitely rent with them again!

I would give this business zero stars if I could! I recently rented a car from them when my SUV was being repaired from an accident. One of their representatives met me at the collision place and asked if I wanted to prepay for gas. She said it would be $3 per gallon. Since gas prices were higher, I opted for that option. I'd recently been in the hospital and knew I wouldn't be driving the car much, so it sounded like a good deal because I wouldn't be using much gas. I drove the car a total of 4 times, two were for the pick up and return of the vehicle. I used way less than 1/2 tank, but their final invoice charged me $36. When I called the office to ask why I was charged so much, I was told that I chose the option that charged me for a full tank of gas. When I told them that that wasn't how it was explained to me, the worker became exasperated and said she'd let her boss handle this. Now, I'm not really as concerned about the overcharge of $20 as much as I am about the lack of explanation of their prepaid option when offered. I was told I'd pay $3 a gallon, not that I'd be paying for a full tank of gas that I never used. If they do this with every customer, they're making a lot of money unscrupulously from unknowing customers. I would have been happy to stop at a gas station to refill what I used that week, but they shouldn't charge you for gas you didn't use. Please BEWARE of this company's unstated written policies and their lack of explanation. I hope I'll never have another accident, but if I do, I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to my family or friends due to this incident and what I perceive as dishonest practices.

I have rented from this location multiple times and have only had great experiences. Jackie specifically is an excellent agent and the few times issues have come up she has been a huge help. I recommend renting here.

Made a reservation for pickup at 12:30pm came here at 12:40pm. The lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that they had no cars available for two hours.Absolutely ridiculous. I wasted money on Ubers and the lady was so rude. I recommend everyone to NOT come to this location.

The folks at this location are hands down great! Katherine is always willing to help in getting customers going in their rentals while their vehicle is here for repairs. Even when we need help with last minute changes she is outstanding in assisting with the process.
