Everyone was friendly and professional. We were quickly greeted and paired with a salesperson. He asked a few questions, showed us what we were looking for and we did a test drive. Appraisal of our trade and negotiations were brief and fair. The finance process was the most efficient we have ever experienced. No one was pushy. The entire process was pleasant and efficient.

I was shopping for a new car and called dealership and asked for new car sales. Immediately connected to Emily DeSousa to make a same day appointment. She was very attentive and helpful to me to choose a vehicle to test drive. Sales manager Brad was quick to give a generous trade in value. This vehicle was purchased new at this dealership.

The staff was polite and has very good customer service. Matt was my service advisor. There was an issue that was covered under their extended warranty (Zurich). They handled everything with the extended warranty claim. I am very pleased with my service experience.

I came in for an oil change not knowing that my tires were in need of help along with other work. I feel so much better knowing that I can trust this dealership. Mr. Turner was patient with me and helped me to get the best cost possible. Thank you for making this so much better than I could have ever expected.

Experience was good. Bought my first new car with Evan. He was a pretty chill guy, not pushy and was willing to work with me on getting the car that I would love and could afford. Pretty good atmosphere too. I would recommend.

I had a great experience at Ed Martin! I typically dread new truck shopping. I was looking online and a 2022 Tacoma caught my eye. I called Ed Martin Nissan Fishers and confirmed that they had the truck and headed that way. I was Greeted by Login, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy which I appreciated and more importantly he didn't waste my time! Everything was as he said it was. We made a deal, I bought the truck and left satisfied. 5 stars

I had been on a search for a Nissan Pathfinder and was struggling to find the trim, ext. color, and int. color that I wanted. I found online that Ed Martin had one. I'm from Alabama and was nervous about purchasing out of state and how to make it all happen logistically, but from the moment I spoke to Angela and Emily, I was put at ease.Emily was a fantastic saleswoman. She double-checked every detail to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. She even went as far as to send me a full video of the car I was interested in since I was not in person. She helped me get a great deal on the exact car I wanted.Angela was amazing to work with in the financial dept. She overnighted me all of the paperwork with exact notes on where to sign, etc. (she even had copies made and included in the package she sent me).Their kindness blew me away. They made this whole process so easy for me, and I am SO grateful to them.My car was delivered to me, and it is absolutely perfect!!Thank you so much, Emily and Angela!

Amazing experience. I was met by Malena after speaking with someone online to look at a vehicle. I was really afraid I wouldn’t be able to make the transaction to happen based upon what I needed my payments to be, but she and Justo both worked with me, and were patient with me throughout the entire process. Extremely happy with the customer service I received from both! And I walked out with the payments I needed and a new Jeep!!Thanks again!!

I was happy with what I had done but disappointed that they closed the Ed Martin Nissan of Anderson. I do not like to drive that far for maintenance. Ed Martin of Anderson always washed my car and vacuumed it out and Fishers only gave me a coupon for a free wash at crew car wash. The wash was included with the maintenance I got. I also had my filters changed and online you can order them from Nissan at a fraction of the cost I was charged. In the future I will have to change them myself. The coupon I used for the regular maintenance was 59.00, 201.00 later, I was on my way home. You can by the cabin filters from nissan for around 25.00. So was a little disappointed in the cost as well. But waiting area was nice.

Waited in the front of the store for assistance for 10-15 minutes with no one offering help or even greeting and acknowledging us. Other families walked in after us and were helped— clearly there was a preference to help certain people, and we didn’t fit it. We will not be returning.Update:I came in later during the week and was very pleased. Justo and Darnell both addressed my concerns from the other day and were very helpful in finding me a vehicle that I needed. This was a my ch better experience, I will definitely be returning because of this.

Simon was my service advisor and was great to work with start to finish. The attitude and demeanor of every individual in the service department was spectacular and as a result, I now plan to service my vehicle at Ed Martin Nissan over Tom Wood Nissan.

I purchased a car from here the pictures looked great online it drives amazing. The problem was I went at night time right before closing and I specifically asked the guy over the phone and in person if the car had been wrecked or if it had any damage to the vehicle he said no the following day I went out side to go to work and I noticed the the front end was sagging as I looked closer I realized that it was not aligned correctly so I called them and the fellow I went threw the process with had said he would call back from his personal telephone and he did just that I asked him if it was any way possible that they could fix the bumper and he said no they would not fix it very upset with that i am paying a fortune for the vehicle as it is fast forward two days I open the sun roof and the head liner falls down I was just amazed that after purchasing a vehicle and being charged close to 50k that it has so many flaws to the vehicle l was under the assumption that I was at a quality car lot now I know even the big car lots will sell you stuff that is not up to standard very disappointed with the vehicle

Pretty dissapointed with my first experience here. Took our pathfinder to get a wheel bearing replaced, and they informed me that the wheel speed sensor was seized in the hub, they couldn't get it out, so I needed to buy a new sensor for $437. I thought it sounded a bit odd that such a new vehicle would have an issue like this, so I drove down to the dealer, and pulled the sensor out myself in the parking lot with no issues. Took me only a few minutes. It was obvious they hadn't even checked it before trying to hit me with the bill. No apology or any explanation was offered. If you aren't made of money to pay for bogus extra parts, go elsewhere for service.
