In July 2024, I purchased a used vehicle at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and I had a great experience! The new sales manager apparently switched up tactics to "No Nonsense Pricing" and reduced prices across the lot, in an effort to move more inventory.
Here are my ratings, out of 5 stars:
★★★★★ The salesman (Alan) was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
★★★★★ The vehicle price, which was reduced twice already prior to our arrival, then further negotiated down, upon asking.
★★★★★ The vehicle had some maintenance completed (oil change, air filter change, new brake rotors, new brake pads, detailed interior), and the car was looked over for general issues, by the service department.
★★★★★ Cheap paperwork fee of $225.
★★★★★ The general manager even came up and greeted me, while I was waiting for the process to complete.
★★★★★ Add-ons were easily refused, without badgering me.
★★★ The title/paperwork part took 36 days (July 18th - August 23rd, 2024), which was longer than I expected, as we did not do financing options. However, I still had one week to go to the Indiana BMV. I just expected the paperwork to be completed sooner.
Overall, I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and the salesman, Alan, seemed to be a great guy. Go buy a car from Alan at Ed Martin! ★★★★★

Marcus and the service department are the best in the business. We purchased a used vehicle for our son recently and Marcus has been great all through the process. We initially noticed a brake issue and they took care of it immediately without hesitation. Marcus explained what they did and said, "We want to make sure Ed Martin makes it's right". This personal accountability is lacking at many places, but not here. Ed Martin is fortunate to have a guy like Marcus leading the service department.

Just thought I’d tell everyone to not get your car looked at here. Just for them to diagnose. It is $160 per hour. Gotta love when companies take advantage of people…go to a local place instead.

Destiny, Matt, Simon and Marcus as well as Austin are your 5-key ingredients to create a seamless and painless service experience from start to finish. I’ve brought a combined over 18 vehicles to them, only 1 of which was a Nissan, and they take care of me every time. Top notch customer service. It doesn’t end there though-Evan Simons is the man to go to for any new/used car needs you may have. I bought my 2019 Kia forte (pictured below) from him at this lot and he made sure I was taken care of even after the sale was done. Even accommodated my own financing through my credit union after their terms were slightly better than the dealerships. I can’t say enough good things about here, and there’s a reason we’ve bought 4 vehicles from them.

The used sales manger is rude and extremely unprofessional. Very forcing and not pleasant to deal with. Wouldn’t further a deal without pressuring into a credit app when I have my own lending already approved. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from them but will be looking elsewhere as this is not how you handle business professionally.
Edit… the car wasn’t sold nor had a deposit as I was told by multiple staff and if it was sold why were they requiring a deposit and credit app to move forward.

My soon to be ex was taking my car away from me and I needed a car fast! I called and talked to Keith about leasing a Sentra. Keith was so understanding and helpful with the process. Too much tire pressure left in all 4 tires. Increased more as I drove. I stopped at a Belle Tire store & rebalanced all four tires myself. Also, told me about a fog light that has been out for a while & it's been in there a few times before & it was never mentioned. I'm not replacing it. It's much too costly there & I don't use the fog lights.
