Well found out yesterday that duke's forgot to put in a caliper bolt. Also a cradle bolt was loose and fell out. Only ones who touched the front right breaks. The cradle bolt was the icing on the cake for me. Thankfully my buddy fixed it but I will not be returning.

I have never had a bad experience, timing, solutions and quotes have all been reasonable and I have confidence in the work they do after I drive away!

BUYER BEWARE. Overpriced and unwilling to warranty their own issues. I had pads and rotors installed on an F150. Pads were put on backward the 1st time, so I was charged an additional $180 to install new pads that I had to purchase.
Overall, pads and rotors cost me $1800. I'd rather pay $800-1000 at the dealership.

Highly recommend we were on the way with a trailer and had a brake problem not being able to continue our long journey we stopped and waited for the opening,
We were very well supported by the mechanic who did an excellent job, he was very professional and very courteous, a big thank you to the mechanic as well as the owner, we were able to continue our trip with peace of mind👍👍👍

Now that I found them, I would not want to take my car anywhere else. I have a very old car and they have always taken great care of me and my car. Timely, quality service at a very reasonable price.

We have used Duke’s multiple times for different issues. They have always been professional, fair priced and pleasant to work with. But, this recent car repair they went above and beyond. Our repair was going to cost us over $6,000 due to the astronomical cost of parts. They took the time to search for less expensive parts. They found them and our cost will now be around $2,000. We will always use Duke’s!Service: Engine repair

Great place to get your auto work done and super nice folks! Our daughter's car is 16 years old and they were able to get it fixed in a relatively short time. We will definitely be going back here if/when she needs more work on her car.

Duke’s is a great establishment and one of the few that allows you to bring outside auto parts as long as they are new in box. They will warrant the labor but not the product, this has saved me hundreds of $$$.I give 4 starts because they are not the least expensive but do a good job and work fairly fast (on the better side of avg for mechanics!) I bring my 8+ year old cars to Duke for quality service. They even found I had a bad wheel baring when I didn’t know it was a problem, my car rides a lot quieter now.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible service , the owner is never present whenever you call with a complaint he’s not familiar with anything. They only have one mechanic and the other mechanic is always drinking on site . Don’t go to this place , do not recommend at all.

Probably the biggest scam I've ever experienced. I went there on January 6th, 2022 to get the brakes replaced on my Mazda CX-5. They charged me $850, which I happily paid. After about a month, I noticed the same shaking in the wheel when I braked. I took it back on February 24th, 2022, to see what was going on. They fought with me that nothing was wrong, until I made them drive the car. They realized the brakes were worn down completely, and ordered new pads and rotors from a different supplier. They installed them, and I was on my way. 8 months later, on October 18th, 2022, with about 4,000 miles put on the new brakes, the shaking in the wheel was so bad the car was almost not drivable. I called them back, and they finally admitted to having a faulty supplier. They replaced the brakes for a 3rd time, and I finally thought it was all over. NOPE. Now in April 2023, I have to get both my rear and front brake pads & rotors replaced AGAIN! This time I went to a dealership, because I lost trust in their ability to get parts and install them correctly. I called Duke's back for some sort of monetary restitution, since they never "fixed" my brakes (that they promised to do over a year ago). Instead, they tell me I should have gone back to them for the fourth time to replace the brakes. They promised me (for a fourth time) that the job "will be done right because they've switched suppliers twice since then." I don't think anyone in their right mind would go back to a place that's messed up a brake job 3 times. I go to the dealership to get it done right, and Duke tells me I'm stupid for not letting them do it again, and it's my fault and my driving habits that wore down the brakes. It's 4,000 miles (most of which are highway). There's no way brakes go bad that quick, it's almost comical they blamed me. They also said they're losing money left and right due to customers coming back in to get warranty replacement parts. WHY would you tell a customer that? I laughed and said, "how is that my problem??" Worst part is - not once did someone say sorry, they blamed it all on me. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a "business". A place that treats people like they treated me shouldn't even be labeled as a business, they clearly don't understand how to be respectful or ethical in a business world. They took $850 from me for a brake job they never did properly, and it's still my fault for going to the dealership and not going to them for what would be a FOURTH time. I tried to get the money back (I didn't) and nobody even told me sorry. Unbelievable. I thought this was an ethical place, but it's truly not. Save your money, go to a different shop.Service: Brakes

My experience at Duke’s was great from start to finish! They had it fixed and ready for pickup in about 24 hours. They were honest about the repair and even took the time to see if there was anything else glaring. I spoke with the owner for about 10 minutes when I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday and he was very friendly. Will be using Duke’s from now onService: General repairs & maintenance
