Horrible! My mother was released from Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital with prescriptions called in. I called to see if they were ready and was told to come at 3PM because two were on order. I was there at 3:30PM to pick them up and they were not in, that it would be tomorrow. These were prescriptions for a surgical procedure she had and the necessary recovery she would require. The pharmacist could not help me and further, hung up on me, I was at the drive thru. She will be changing pharmacies, because she has to now suffer due to their lack of care, compassion and understanding!

The cashier was busy in aisles so I tried to use self checkout. Neither self checkout functions properly. They only stock Duracell 9v batteries at $10+ each which rang up even more than the labelled price. fyi: Energizer Max are $3.50 on Amazon.

It was like water torture trying to return in store an online cvs item I purchased . Went around in circles then after several attempts done . But the manager acted "put out " By the transaction . This entire experience from an 800 # customer service rep who would not respond to the vendor of this product to cancel to me having to endure the chill of at store rep makes me think hard about using cvs again .

I have been getting prescriptions filled here for almost two years, and there is a problem every single month. It is so frustrating. My medication is never in stock, and it is usually filled 2-3 days later than what I am originally told. For your own safety, it would be best to go to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy is extremely slow most of the time. Most of the time Cashiers are stocking shelves which means you have to go find one to check out. Just not the best experience as many of the reviews indicate.
