If I could give zero stars, I would. Worse CVS ever. Worse pharmacy ever. I have called 5 times and can never speak to a live person. I work at a doctor's office and have spent way too much time trying to get through. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. No wonder this store has under 3 stars.

Was just here and there wasn't an employee to be found, until I left the parking lot where I saw one car in an employee spot with windows down and someone that looked to be sleeping.

This cvs has some of the deodorant locked up! You have to call for assistance and they bring a key and stand there while you make your selection. It’s only two or three brands that are under lock and key and one happens to be what I use. Very disappointed to see this in our neighborhood! It’s an absolute Inconvenience and it is rude to regular customers. There has to be another way to catch a thief other than making us all feel like one.

Horrible! My mother was released from Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital with prescriptions called in. I called to see if they were ready and was told to come at 3PM because two were on order. I was there at 3:30PM to pick them up and they were not in, that it would be tomorrow. These were prescriptions for a surgical procedure she had and the necessary recovery she would require. The pharmacist could not help me and further, hung up on me, I was at the drive thru. She will be changing pharmacies, because she has to now suffer due to their lack of care, compassion and understanding!

The pharmacy staff is great, but no cashier available. No excuse for this. The store needs swept and the shelves are in disarray.
