It was like water torture trying to return in store an online cvs item I purchased . Went around in circles then after several attempts done . But the manager acted "put out " By the transaction . This entire experience from an 800 # customer service rep who would not respond to the vendor of this product to cancel to me having to endure the chill of at store rep makes me think hard about using cvs again .

I had a very busy day scheduled today and I was scheduled for a Covid test for international travel this morning at 10:20 I got there 30 minutes early hoping I could get my test done earlier than scheduled when I arrived there was absolutely no one waiting no customers in line and Kayla Jessie said I have to wait for my schedule time and I said I need your help she said why did you schedule things so closely which was none of her business she didn't care to help when I asked the manager of the pharmacy in store he didn't care either he said you stick to your schedule time regardless that there was nobody waiting this is pathetic customer service these people do not deserve to be in a position to take care of customers I will never do business with CVS if these kind of people keep their job

This branch is always out of medicine in the pharmacy. Have your Rx sent somewhere else if you need it on time.

I've never had a problem with the pharmacy or cashiers. Everyone has been willing to assist when I needed it. The pharmacy is always busy and it seem like they could use additional pharmacist. The reason for 4 starts only is that It's not completely updated and I wish they would update the brick sign outside that has been falling down forever.

I waited in the drive thru with no one in front of me for 25 minutes and the lady behind the glass continued to say "I will be with you in a few minutes". Horrible service. I will not being sending my prescriptions here ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This cvs is the absolute worst. Their staff are rude and are never in any hurry. Anytime I go there it takes 30 minutes to an hour to check out.I frequent this location only because I live so close. They really need to get it together.

This review is only on the pharmacy. This is hands-down the worst CVS Pharmacy that I've ever been to. Never would I have thought that I'd be wasting my time, writing a review for CVS, but here I am. It's just THAT bad - I felt the need to warn others. Every single time that I go here for a prescription pick-up, there's an issue. There was the time that they entered my health insurance information incorrectly, causing me to pay WAY more than necessary for about 4 months. There was the time when I was told that my birth control was $130, when everyone knows that birth control is (for the most part!) free. And I hadn't paid for birth control in YEARS. I legit had to get into an argument with the pharmacy tech about it. Then she was like, "Oops! That will be $0 today." There was the time that my prescription wasn't ready until 1.5 weeks after the date that it should've been ready, and when I physically went into the CVS (because they wouldn't answer the phone), the pharmacy tech simply said, "It's backordered. Sorry." It was a face cream, so it's not essential to life, but what if it was a heart medication?! And why not give me a courtesy call!? I had the tech bring the pharmacist over, and the pharmacist suggested just giving me a smaller size facial cream, which they had in stock. COME ON. There was also the time when the pharmacist told me that my prescription was no longer being produced, so I had to get a new prescription. I go and get the new prescription from my doctor, only to be told my CVS, "Oops - that was a mistake. And we're currently out of your new prescription." The list goes on and on. EVERY TIME that I come here, there's an issue. Its almost comical. Am I on Candid Camera?? I would love to go to another location, but this one is SO close to my house. Ugh. But, needless to say, I hate this location. It's awful, and I'd suggest avoiding it at all costs. The people in the pharmacy simply do not care.

The manager is rude. He actually argued with customers about the opening time of the pharmacy (it said 9:00 online, 3 customers showed him their phones which showed 9) and instead of apologizing for the website is wrong (we understood that he didn't make the website), he said we didn't look hard enough, and if we were smarter we would have seen the correct times. The pharmacy has lost my prescriptions (actual pieces of paper) on more than one occasion. Their pharmacy sends alerts that prescriptions are ready, but when I go to pick them up, they haven't even started to fill them. They frequently help the drive through customers that arrive AFTER people who have been in line inside of the store, and their computers go down frequently and they aren't able to process anything for hours or even days at a time. In favor, they might be the reason I need so much headache medicine in the first place!

They either physically lose the bags with the scripts in it, argue that the scripts have not been filled (although the cvs app clearly said they were) or make you wait forever for no obvious reasons. On top of all, when you dare telling them how bad they are at doing their job they make you feel like you are the one at fault. Transferring all my scripts to another location, this one clearly has no clue what they're doing.

Got to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my 8 month old about 10 mins before closing time. The employee behind the counter was clearly annoyed that I got there So close to 6pm. She had a major attitude when all I had to do was pick up. I didn't drop anything off and wait for it. The pharmacy also had the wrong dosage on a medication for my daughter. I'll be reporting it.

I grabbed my daughters medicine and headed towards the counter. There was 3 people in line and so I followed the crowd and fell inline. I was waiting my turn and the cashier Chad helped the next customer who walked up. I attempted to get his attention and say I was in line when the 2nd female cashier motioned me since she was available to help. I asked her is there a line for customers which she agreed there was. I then asked why did the other cashier Chad allow a customer just to walk up. I brought it to her attention since her badge said supervisor. Her response is I didn't notice. I replied, "I'm advising you that it's not proper customer service." She mentioned Chad too is a supervisor. I explained to Chad what he did and no apology that his action was wrong. But advised he can't help what customers do. I said, "I'm sure as a colored customer it's ok to dismiss me." He walked away from me. No apology and as he action was justified. But a simple sorry for not noticing you would have diffused my sore feeling. I guess Chad wasn't sorry for his actions.
