The staff is great but the pharmacy is extremely under staffed for the volume they do. I recently had several outstanding interactions with the pharmacy staff. They make it worth waiting in line.

This is by far THE most chaotic, unorganized CVS EVER. There's constantly issues filling my prescriptions, never any follow through on ANYTHING. Honestly, I think a completely untrained CHILD could run this pharmacy with better accuracy and attention to detail.

The pharmacists and techs have always been very kind and helpful. I know it has been difficult to work with staff shortages and customers' even shorter tempers. Even after being yelled at for waiting 30 minutes in line by the customer ahead of me, the tech was very professional and friendly towards me when I was next. People need to stop acting like jerks and recognize most people are doing the best they can under these circumstances.

Terrible staff. Handed them my prescription said it wasn't ready. Stated I'm giving you my prescription now. Then didn't know how to read the prescription plus my insurance card told them they were idiots. Omg. I thought I may have had a weird experience. But no. Look at all reviews

It’s 8:30 pm and CVS is closed I’ve been to 2 and both were closed before I left the first one I tried to call the second location and the phone wouldn’t even ring so I wasted my time while I sat in the parking lot 3 more cars pulled up to try and go in it’s a shame ppl don’t want to work these days and CVS doesn’t even have a recording to listen to about new hours at either location

Trying to call into the pharmacy and I am routes to a call center who was no help. I have an appointment scheduled that has been randomly canceled and just trying to reschedule. Why can’t I just speak to someone in the location ???

All of the staff at this store are super friendly. I love the self-checkout at the front. Makes getting in and out a breeze. Special shout-out to the Pharmacy Manager Meghan and Jon. Both are always super friendly and helpful every time I come in.

Very rude employee, that looks to be a known problem based on other reviews. This particular woman (name begins with T, short, black, curly hair, African American) told my boyfriend he needed to wear a mask. Nowhere is it posted that CVS will refuse service without one. This was an impromptu stop, and we only had one mask. The store was empty, and social distancing was perfectly achievable. She told him she had masks up front or he could leave. My boyfriend said he wasnt going to make me carry everything (I have an injury to my hand, so i was unable to carry everything.) He made it clear he would not buy a mask, but would wear one if she wanted to give it to him. She then left and gave one to him. We went to check out and the same woman just added the mask to my other items. My boyfriend stated he had already said he would not be forced to purchase one. She proceeded to raise her voice, make a scene, and repeated "Bye. Bye. Buh-bye." interrupting my boyfriend as he was trying to explain the miscommunication. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a cashier in my entire life, especially over $0.50. This woman should NOT be in customer service. She cost her store a pretty decent sum, as I left without making my purchases. I am planning to contact corporate to make a formal complaint.

The very large female African-American pharmacist is truly the rudest pharmacist I have met. She was verbally abusive to customers and more interested in eating her lunch and moving slowly rather than filling my prescription as well as others.
