It was like water torture trying to return in store an online cvs item I purchased . Went around in circles then after several attempts done . But the manager acted "put out " By the transaction . This entire experience from an 800 # customer service rep who would not respond to the vendor of this product to cancel to me having to endure the chill of at store rep makes me think hard about using cvs again .

I had a very busy day scheduled today and I was scheduled for a Covid test for international travel this morning at 10:20 I got there 30 minutes early hoping I could get my test done earlier than scheduled when I arrived there was absolutely no one waiting no customers in line and Kayla Jessie said I have to wait for my schedule time and I said I need your help she said why did you schedule things so closely which was none of her business she didn't care to help when I asked the manager of the pharmacy in store he didn't care either he said you stick to your schedule time regardless that there was nobody waiting this is pathetic customer service these people do not deserve to be in a position to take care of customers I will never do business with CVS if these kind of people keep their job

This branch is always out of medicine in the pharmacy. Have your Rx sent somewhere else if you need it on time.

Incredibly rude, unwilling to work with you to contact your doctor, and withhold prescriptions and lie about their availability for months. It took transferring to another pharmacy to realize there were prescriptions on file from months ago that this CVS told me just weren’t there or were expired. Save yourself time and effort. Transfer to the kroger on 116th and Cumberland. Their staff is kind, willing to call your doctor for you to coordinate refills, and won’t withhold prescriptions based on transphobia.

I've never had a problem with the pharmacy or cashiers. Everyone has been willing to assist when I needed it. The pharmacy is always busy and it seem like they could use additional pharmacist. The reason for 4 starts only is that It's not completely updated and I wish they would update the brick sign outside that has been falling down forever.

Finally sharing my experience with this cvs after 2 awful years getting my prescriptions from these people. I gained some sense and transferred to Kroger, a much better pharmacy with friendlier people. First off, these people are TRANSPHOBIC and deny prescriptions because of 'suspicion' . They will tell you you do not have prescriptions, or to contact your doctor, or to contact insurance. I went without a prescribed medication for THREE MONTHS because of CVS's denial. I went to Kroger pharmacy and FINALLY got my prescription and found out I had REFILLS for THREE MONTHS that I was being denied. The Kroger pharmacy was fast, friendly, and accountable. This brings me into my second gripe, these technicians are NEVER willing to call your doctor to work out a prescription for you. They deny you and tell you to call them yourself. I have NEVER had this with kroger since I switched. Kroger pharmacy will call your doctor, check for ways to get your prescription, and if they can't, will check for older prescriptions that may have gone unfilled in replacement. ABOVE AND BEYOND. All in all this pharmacy is a nightmare. They profile you and deny important prescriptions based on assumptions. I have been talked down to, nearly yelled at, and sent away embarrassed and confused, or near tears. BEWARE. Some pharmacists are nice, but a nice bowl of soup with 2 roaches is still a bad soup. STAY AWAY.

They never have my scripts ready when told they would be ready by. I just spent all day making 3 trips to the same pharmacy for 2 scripts that should have been a easy refill pickup. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Will be switching pharmacies soon.

A long wait every time. Even when I have filled ahead of time, when I finally get to the window I'm told to come back in 20-30 minutes.

Have been coming here forever I mean that, I have lived in fishers for 22 years, mostly the same pharmacists. I think they are pretty great, although they get pretty busy at times,it's understandable, however, they do seem to care and will take the time to talk with you about medications and even non prescription questions.
