The front desk lady with glasses was very kind and very helpful to any questions. As for the back staff and the Dr., Totally different ! I was being rushed as everyone was trying to finish up, before leaving. Xray tech was rude. I got a eye roll and smart responses.As for the Dr. Didn't see me for 3 minutes and cut me off. Sending me for x-rays after I already had them done at St. Vincents. Very Rude Back Staff ! ?

Slow staff, but let's admit the place serves businesses not the customers. It takes longer to get checked out then to take a hour lunch. High lite of my visit is the the dumpster looks to have people visiting it alot too wink wink at least on the day I was there.

1.5hrs for a 4min exam is ridiculous. Doc didn’t take the time to wear a mask, gloves, or use a real reflex hammer. Online intake system was faulty & cumbersome.

The day I was schedule to come in for a physical, I had a horrible toothache! After getting my vitals, eye, and hearing exam completed. I was then sent to be seen by the doctor performing my physical. I informed the doctor that I had a toothache, and that it was the cause of my blood pressure being elevated. I asked the doctor if she could reschedule me for a blood pressure recheck? She totally ignored me which I felt was very rude! (Btw I asked her twice just in case she didn’t hear me) She then replied “Ok. So, you’re here for a physical.” She then completed the physical and never revisited my question. (Even if she was unable to reschedule me for a BP recheck, it would have been nice to receive a response.) I then informed her; I was instructed to bring in my meds to be documented. She replied “Oh, yea?” I said, yes and handed over my meds. She glanced at them and said, “Ok. Thank you for coming in.” I’m not sure if she has a photographic memory. So, I won’t say that she didn’t document my medication. However, I will say, that her bed side/physical side manners/patient interaction, definitely needs work!Let me get to reason that I gave this site a 5-star rating in spite of my experience mentioned above.Upon my arrival, each member of the staff starting with the receptionist, the individuals performing my vitals, weight, eye exam, and hearing test, were welcoming. Each person provided service with a smile. They were kind, helpful, understanding, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. This may sound cliché but thank you for all you do!I pray miracles and blessings, for the entire staff and their families in the mighty name of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

Decent place, a little cramped in the waiting room and the room for the drug screening. Person conducting the screening spoke so quietly I could barely understand what they were saying.

, I was in the clinic for two hours. Working in an urgent care myself for something so simple as getting a drugscreen should never have taken so long . I had to go and they couldn’t even take me back to do my drugscreen and put me back in the waiting room for my PEP so I held it for like an hour. There were two other patients ahead of me when I arrived and honestly just so surprised this took that long . I’ve never had to wait so long for a PEP in my years of working . And I also had to go to another clinic to get the rest of my blood work because they were out of tubes and didn’t think to mention that when I first arrived so I wouldn’t waste my time there and gone somewhere else that could get it done .

Took 2 HOURS. Went on my lunch break which is an hour long knowing that it isn’t usually busy but I was wrong. Didn’t even get to go back to get checked. There were maybe 5 people AT MOST and all of them were done by the time I had to leave. Ridiculous that I couldn’t have been seen as I had gotten there before half of them. To make matters worse there was nobody at the front desk for most of the time so I couldn’t ask questions.

the doctor at Concentra doesn’t believe in her patients needing rest to recuperate. She saw my mom was in a wheelchair and couldn’t even stand up, and she came back with a letter saying she could go back to work the same day and not to lift more than 5 lbs, not to walk, or go on the stairs, etc. but to still show up at work. She said, “My job is to give you a restriction letter; if the employer wants to send you home because you can’t do anything, that’s between you and the employer.” I searched her, Deborah O’Brien, and she has no empathy; she has given restriction letters to patients with broken bones!Honestly, we wouldn’t want to go back to Concentra, and that’s a place I wouldn’t be a patient of. The doctor didn’t even present herself and was very arrogant.

Front desk staff is too rude i have a worst pain in my shoulder they told me she ask for me work authorization without work authorization we are not see you. I told her please use my insurance she told we didn’t take insurances .i dont know medical facilities why hired these type of people who does want to do their jobs .

Had a visit today because of a work injury. The staff was very nice. There was a bit of a wait but once I got seen, Andrew was very nice and helped explain how everything works. Dr o’Brian came in like doctor grandma and helped me understand how serious my injury was. She was very sweet and understanding. Also shout out to Peggy for following up with my workman’s comp and being the first time to tell me ANYTHING about how workman’s comp works and reaching out to my adjuster and explaining she was going to follow up with them on my behalf.

People here were extremely nice! They had a director on site while I was there and she was very kind and easy-going. Even though there were a lot of people waiting to be seen for different things, it was a quick visit. Less than an hour.
