I make an appointment for me and my hubby for 7:30 they change my appointment time and then they say oh we don’t have appointment for your husband. We can take only one person. Not satisfied with their service at all. I took time off from work. Totally wasted. If you late they wait only 10 mins but they make wait in waiting area more than 10 mins ?
Never coming back.

First and last time going here. The doctor didn't listen to my needs at all and gave me her opinion on my health. I asked for help with losing weight and she advised me of her opinion instead of actually helping and then turned around and told me based off pervious health issues I really need to figure out how to loss weight so it doesn't get worse. Smh I will go back to this doctor office.

Rude nurses and staff who refuse to listen (constantly interrupt) or actually heal. Expect to pay for a new client form every year even if you've been with them for 38years. Its all about the money not healing. Also, good luck getting YOUR records they wont give them to you no matter how many forms you fill out. Money scam and under-educated staff.

Dr. Melloh has been my doctor for many years and she and Dr. Fletchall and the nurses like Jane are wonderful too and the entire office. I drive far to go and it is totally worth it. Thanks everyone for your great care.

Needed to get a work related physical completed. The staff acted as if they didn't know what to do or were unable to perform the capabilities. I had the correct document and forms available. I will visit a more competent office.

It is 4:36 right now and it says on here that they are OPEN until 5. I tried calling them to refill my prescription but they’re telling me that they are closed. I would suggest that you update your hours of your going to do that.

Sometimes their phone won't work and it is difficult to schedule an appointment or talk to nurse.

I came here and the student intern Kacey, I believe was her name, was the most amazing person I have ever met. She was so considerate, made me feel like I wasn’t alone. She talked me through everything and did an awesome job. Truly the best.

Very uncooperative, took them 4 years to even think of doing labs because im “to young to have problems” and whenever my mom whose a nurse demanded it every year, they finally did and found out that im been suffering from a thyroid problem. I also have filled out the form that my mom can get my lab results and my mom would be the one calling me at least 3 times because my phones mic is broke. They have lost that form as soon as i give it to them and they never put it in the system so nobody gets my lab results.

I went there first time and facility was really neat and staff was awesome. Dr. Spooners and her staff was really good and didn’t make me feel rush. They listen to everything and took their time to answer. My blood work was done in the office itself.

I’ve had Tricia Stadler as my family’s PCP for the last 6 years. She is thorough and very caring about her patients. She is a provider who always makes sure she’s not missing something serious; no skipping corners for her. I highly recommend her for urgent needs and as a PCP.
