Every Circle K I've been to in Indiana sells expired tobacco products. I tried filing complaints, the stores blame the vendors, the vendors blame corporate, corporate and US Tobacco Comany say they'll "look into it" and want to give me coupons. Just fix the problem!!! Consumers deserve better

URGENT. The truth is very bad attention, added to that we went to buy some drinks and heat food and the employee took the food out of the mricoonda and in a very bad way she told us that we could not heat up. The truth is a very unpleasant situation and very bad customer service, from 1 to 10 I give 0 very bad people and racists added to everything. Please let the owners take action on the matter because they have very bad employees.

Staff is super friendly 99% of the time. I stop in here several times per week. The unfortunate thing is the gas is generally about $.30 higher here than most other gas stations in the area.

Customer service is certainly on the fence for this store. What might be an employee scam, that I fell for, but not getting any resolution from the store manager or their corporate office. The duplicate charge is relatively small so it is just the principle. Curious if a cashier has ever ran out to your car after you have pumped your gas & said she prepaid gas at your pump by mistake. The prepaid was for another customer at a different pump. This other person happened to be an employee. Feeling I should do the right thing & the cashier assured me I wouldn't be charged twice because it was already set on prepaid. They asked to "reimbursement" my gas amount to the other pump where it was initially to be used. Well of course I was charged twice & again can't seem to get anywhere for a refund.

I've visited this location for many years. My review is that of the staff as they have been fantastic overall. They are friendly while efficient, ensuring great customer service. Along with smooth transactions, they go above and beyond when needed. I feel like a valued customer when I enter the store.

Matt/Matthew is one of the most friendly people I have met always engaging in fun conversations when I go there. Very very cool guy and funny and helpful. Customer service skills are a 10/10. He alone makes this place my favorite stop. I don’t usually leave reviews but he deserves one always in a great mood and polite!!!

Thumbs up for the people who work here. I work across the street and I'm in here almost every day. I've never had a problem with any of the employees, they do the best they can with the equipment they have and are always friendly. The only reason I docked a star is for the owner not doing a better job keeping things in good repair.

Been here a few times recently, and their machines simply won't transact your credit card. They mysteriously go blank, and you have to go inside to run the card with the clerk. Been this way for a while, and very dysfunctional.
