Was in town and before flying back to England had this place recommended to me. Looked a decent lounge but I was only buying cigars. Had a good selection of cigars and they were very helpful as well as giving me some discount despite obviously not being a repeat customer. Happy to commend and recommend this place.

I have shopped at this store at least 10 times and I was always helped by Rod, not very friendly towards me. About 2 weeks ago I was helped by a different guy, who told me that if I spent $50, I would receive a $5 off chip towards my next purchase. Today I was at the store and spent over $100 and Rod did not offer a chip until I asked why he was treating me differently than his Caucasian customers. He denied doing that but could not explain the reason for treating differently ten times or more. I asked for his bosses contact information but he only offered his name and the store email that he could access. I was extremely upset for this slight and told him that he should be ashamed of himself. Since I could not reach his manager or an owner I decided to warn minorities of the different treat or discrimination. I would have loved to address this with his boss but Rod refused to give me their number. I recommend staying away if you are a minority.

I don’t know much about cigars and the person working that day was very helpful in answering questions, making recommendations and even let me take a few cigar boxes to make the groomsmen gifts a bit more special. Would shop here again.

Just got into cigars and I am very impressed with the customer service I received going in and exploring the different options of Cigars, they have a bigger selection than most around and there prices aren’t too high. Great Place if you like cigars.

The new owner of this shop has redeemed me as a customer. The shop has a lot better atmosphere and the cigars are in a much better shape. It's now my preferred cigar shop in Hamilton county.
