“Short and sweet visit to this tidy store near the Fashion Mall. We were on a hunt for some toddler shoes in the clearance section. There were some cute options but not as easy to put on as I'd like. The staff was friendly and the store was well organized. Not a bad option if you're looking for clothes for wee ones. Easy parking and the close proximity to Barnes and Noble doesn't hurt either.”

“Adorable baby clothes and fun functional toddler clothes that are good quality. Clearance sales are the way to shop for more affordable prices and always have doorbuster prices and online coupons. This one has Oshkosh as well”
“Shelia is amazing! She kills it every time. Sometimes the other photographers can be hit or miss, but you still always get at least 10 great photos. With Shelia you get 25 great photos. Perfect if you have a little one. I usually get access to my photos same day within a few hours!”

“I recently ordered some hard-to-find shampoo on the JCPenney website and had it shipped to the store to avoid shipping charges that almost cost as much as the shampoo. I placed my order on Jan. 4 and didn't get my ready for pickup email until Jan. 15, which I thought was a little slow--but it wasn't something I needed urgently, so I let that slide. The ready for pickup email had a convenient link to allow me to choose between coming inside to pick up the item or using their curbside service. I decided to try curbside, pulled into one of their clearly-marked spaces in the parking lot (this area is in the large parking lot that is shared with Ulta, Red Robin, etc. - not on the other side of the building), and told them which space I was parked in. I waited about 10 minutes and then checked the web page I'd used to check in. There was an error in red that said "We're having some trouble, please continue to wait or try again later." I decided to just go inside to see if I could quickly grab my item, but the lines were really long, so I just left and went home. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from a JCP associate apologizing for not being able to get my item out to me more quickly. I wasn't able to run back over there, but I went back the next day and repeated the curbside process, and this time I had my item within minutes. Overall, I think this was a positive experience and think it's a good place to consider when you're shopping around for bargains--they often seem to have really good sales and coupons on top of those sales.”
“I went in here a couple weeks ago, and then again about a week later to buy a few more things. I was surprised when the guy who checked me out the second time remembered me and the group I was with from the first time, especially considering that I had only been here those two times and the first time I was there was on a Saturday afternoon when they were really packed and busy. He had amazing customer service and checked in on me multiple times to see if I had any questions. I believe his name was Jake. Wanted to shout him out for being so intentional and good at his job!”

“Never had an issue here! Most of the staff is wonderful! The clothing quality usually hits as well. Their spring and summer clothes are typically the best. The winter clothes typically aren’t thick enough to handle Indiana winters IMO.”
“I live in Plainfield and I drive all the way to this OUAC because I love the clothes selection. The clothes look like they came straight out of the department store. You pay a little more but I think it’s worth it considering the clothes are in really good condition AND you would pay way more at other places. I’ve never had bad customer service. I don’t sell clothes here though just buy.”
