Poor customer service. The lady who works there was unhelpful and condescending. This is a far cry from the service I received from other Chase branches.

Door did not open at 9. Walked in and being told no banker is available.

Amy was the nicest person ever. She helped me figure out how to take out cash, the modern way. She was so very patient, friendly and helpful. Absolutely appreciate her for all of her help! Best experience (:
