I went into the Bank thinking it would be a little quicker than waiting in the drive-thur. Well folks, I had to wait until the drive-thru people were serviced. Then I was finally able to get my check deposited into my account.
The time of day was after lunch at 1:15pm. Next time I will just stay in my car running the AC while I'm in the drive-thur.

I love this bank and the branch to be honest. They are always nice and try to help if I need anything and overall as a business owner I think Chase is the best hands down. Thank you guys.

Not good anymore. This branch was so efficient years ago. Everyone here, including my personal banker, Vincent, was amazing. Recently, it feels like this branch is going under. Sat in the drive thru for about five minutes, so did someone next to me, during open hours. Went inside and asked if they were open in the drive-through… The teller behind the counter said yes, they were monitoring both locations inside and outside. There was zero friendliness and zero help, and people behind the counter, make you feel as if you are bothering them.Likewise, went in due to fraud on my account. They were zero help at that point as well. Did not offer help with appointments, and basically told me the two bankers there who could help me were tied up until five.I'm not suggesting I should get in before anyone else, I'm just saying that they are not nearly as helpful as in years past, and absolutely not friendly at this location. This, mingled with no help in the drive-through, which was supposed to be open, leaves this branch with one star. I did ask who the new manager is, someone behind the counter said Olivia Chavez has been there for two years. this is a different Manager than before, and I really hope she can turn this branch, and what it used to be.

I've been trying to reach the branch at 96th Street and Lantern. I've tried multiple times since Tuesday and can never reach anyone. The phone is answered by a computer, what I need isn't covered by the options offered. It then tells you they are busy and hangs up on you. Terrible and frustrating.

Have been a Chase customer for over a decade. Recently moved to Indiana so transferred account to this branch. Today, I walked in the branch and there is hardly any staff to service the customers. There were two tellers but if you needed to talk to someone, you really need to have patience as most of the office cubicles were deserted. Looks like Chase is getting out of providing in person service. Wanted to change the size of the safe deposit box, but was told can’t do that and bank is not renting new boxes. Looks like time to look for bank with better customer service. Not sure if Chase is planning to close this branch or .."?

Finally a branch that answers the phone! Very friendly, courteous and was happy to help me figure out a problem with the app.

I am a Chase “Private Client” and business owner who regularly visits this branch. Today the branch manager Tina Butler decided to tell me how I should wear my mask. She says it didn’t cover enough of my nose for her liking. According to her, it is Chase’s policy that mouth and nose be completely covered(I checked, it is not). She pointed to the cameras and said “they are watching us. That’s why we have to!”Making customers wear a mask is already too much, but now they’re telling us how to wear them. I have a mind to take my business elsewhere.

Thank you for the bank machine with multiple bill denominations. One of a few I know of in the metro area.

Chase is one of, if not the worst company I have ever had the absolute disservice of dealing with. I opened up a card with them and they immediately locked it down and came up with impossible ways for me to unlock it. They would not tell me why they locked my account, but I genuinely could not unlock it. They then shut down all of my families accounts and told us to find a different bank on multiple occasions. If you value customer service in the SLIGHTEST then never have contact with anyone at this branch. The manager is tyrannical and the employees have no idea what they are doing.

The staff is always courteous and kind. Also, it’s the only bank where I can work with a teller (instead of an ATM) near me.
