Very odd little experiment they are trying here. No tellers, just an ATM and an employee who shows you where the ATM is. 0/10 do not recommend.

Several visits at this location have ended up in failure and taught me never to trust this location again. Drive-through ATM didn’t dispense my cash on the first visit, so had to waste more time inside and wait 24 hours for a “refund” while my cash sat in limbo.
Then another visit the ATM inside wouldn’t dispense ANY money. Associates inside tell you to drive to another location to attempt to get your own cash out of their banks… assuming a lot if I had been a customer who wasn’t as fit and able to complete such a request, especially under time parameters where people ASSUME they’ll be able to complete a transaction here. No tellers here. We are our way to a cashless society. Prepare yourself while you still can… buy gold and silver.

I went to this chase bank to pay on two of my credit cards I wanted to use cash and they can't even process the transaction and they don't even have a counter. Good old fashion people helping people with cash customer service is just going down the tubes isn't it. sad

This is absolutely one of the worst branches. I walked in and no one came to help. A young man walks in behind me then the Asian lady comes out and asked if she could help him, he replied and pointed at me saying that I was there first. She left me and literally told me it was nothing she could do about my debit card not working. She walked away and took the man in her office that was behind me and sat at her desk, on the computer trying to see when his credit card was mailed, that he had not received. I waited for a few minutes and went down the street to the other chase and they got it straight for me. The debit card chip was bad so they ordered a new card for me.It appeared to be systemic racism, that’s the only way I can describe it!I have had issues at other chase banks as well…My wife and I have decided to close the account with chase as soon as we have all of our paperwork in order…

Great for opening accounts. Staff was eager to help and friendly through the process. How we if doing much more than that this bank may frustrate you.

Chase Bank in Fishers, IN has an outstanding, excellent staff. They are ALL exceptional role models for all. Everyone is always polite, helpful, informative and tolerant. We need more people like this excellent team.

There are no tellers here. I couldn't even make a simple cash deposit unless I had my debit card and go through the atm. I couldn't even use my ID to make the deposit.

There are no tellers here. There is no way to just cash checks at all. Only thing that there is to do if someone needs to open/close an account, safety deposit boxes, or loans.

This bank has no tellers and can't do anything unless you have a debit card and use the ATM.

While this looks like a bank, it's not really a traditional bank. Only has ATMs and a handful of personal bankers waiting around to point you towards the ATMs. I'm certain Chase has its business reasons for providing non-traditional banks such as this, but its annoying walking in for teller service (which admittedly is a rare need these days), and getting told there are no tellers by one of the bankers - as if I couldn't see there were no tellers... Maybe Chase could name facilities such as this something else...like Chase Express.
