Came in 15 minutes earlier for an appointment at 10:00AM. The Guy keeps drinking coffee and chatting with his colleague and told me to just wait, i had to go. So i waited til 10:01 and left. The appt could be done in 15-20 minutes.

I've banked with Chase since they were bank one lol. Compared to issues people I know have had with other banks and their apps/website/variety if products, etc I am very happy with chase and with this branch of chase.I go to the branch in specific a few times a year to buy foreign currency. The staff are always friendly, greet me upon arrival, and put up with my silly questions. Actually, any chase in our area I've been too have been very helpful.

They allow fraud at there bank take your money from there and go to another bank

This morning went in to this branch to open a new checking account and savings account. There were three tellers and one banker, no customers in the branch. The tellers greeted us and asked how she can help. We let her know we were new customers and wanted to open new accounts. She informed us that the banker, who had no one in his cube with him, did not have the time to open the accounts for us 45 minutes before his next appointment. If they wanted our business they could have accommodated a walk in. No option to schedule a later appointment, no effort made to help us. Just a sorry, try another branch.
