I've banked with Chase since they were bank one lol. Compared to issues people I know have had with other banks and their apps/website/variety if products, etc I am very happy with chase and with this branch of chase.I go to the branch in specific a few times a year to buy foreign currency. The staff are always friendly, greet me upon arrival, and put up with my silly questions. Actually, any chase in our area I've been too have been very helpful.

They allow fraud at there bank take your money from there and go to another bank

This morning went in to this branch to open a new checking account and savings account. There were three tellers and one banker, no customers in the branch. The tellers greeted us and asked how she can help. We let her know we were new customers and wanted to open new accounts. She informed us that the banker, who had no one in his cube with him, did not have the time to open the accounts for us 45 minutes before his next appointment. If they wanted our business they could have accommodated a walk in. No option to schedule a later appointment, no effort made to help us. Just a sorry, try another branch.

Closes way too early for the working people. The employees are nice, but again why would they make it so I have to take time out of my workday to go to the bank? Ridiculous.

I purchased some savings bonds for my grandson over the past 15 years to give to him upon his HS graduation. That time has arrived and I had no idea how to cash them. I first went to the Chase bank at 116th and Olio. The person that greeted me was very pleasant and apologetic but he told me that they didn't have that ability but directed me to go to the Chase bank at 116th and Cumberland Rd. We arrived there about 30 minutes before closing and the manager asked if I could return in the morning because of the number of bonds, it would take 30 to 45 minutes. I did return the next morning. I write this review because I felt that everyone involved was so nice and so customer friendly, while I waited the coffee was even very good. Because of their friendly and courteous service, I feel they deserve a positive review that I can share with everyone. Thank you Chase bank.
