Central Security provides our business monitoring. Monitoring services and team and responsive and professional. If you need to talk to anyone about adding equipment, have zero hope of a call back. I’ve had no less than 6 calls transferred to Lindsay with zero call backs. I was also interested in quoting and upgrade to my home security system, and adding a camera system, probably a $6K project. No call back. I don’t understand how sales service can be so poor.

Many CSC are rude and poor customer service. Didn't used to be before Covid-19! Both Lucas Oil and Bainbridge need a class on customer service and common courtesy!

Tonight I was denied entry into the Pacers' playoff game due to two miserable jerks. All because I had a gift bag with gifts for my Pacers account manager. I will never go back to Gainbridge because of CSC. Because of the woman's nasty attitude, I am canceling my season ticket seats. I have contacted Gainbridge about this. Train your employees to do better!

Unorganized and terrible company ran by people who don't know what they're doing. They lie to customers to make yet another quick buck, and verbally abuse employees. There is no opportunity to "climb the ladder" if you work for the company unless you put in a two weeks notice. This company has no idea how to efficiently or effectively run a job successfully from start to finish. If you're an employee, they promise training, and train you on a system they don't install or sell or work on. This company is a joke.

Absolutely terrible company. Their equipment is old and does not function well. Unless I am standing directly next to the alarm panel, I cannot hear when the alarm has gone off. If I am upstairs at night, I would have no idea my alarm was going off. They lock you into long-term contracts (3 years) that will auto-renew for another 3 years unless you cancel before hand. There isn't even an option for early termination. Staff is difficult to reach. They even charge more monthly than many other companies. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with every aspect of this company, and would recommend literally any other security company over them.

Worst customer service we’ve had from any vendor in the 16 months we’ve been in the area. Customer service very slow to respond. Multiple Faulty equipment issues in the middle of the night they couldn’t resolve. Waiting on detective water detection device for over 3 months.

10 years at $40 a month and they still try to nickel and dime you to death. Look elsewhere. Its 2022, there are better alternatives now

I chose this company for my mothers home a few years ago. Customer service and installation was excellent and even when she forgot she set alarm and let her dog out they were patient with her and explained how to reset alarm.I am now looking for security system for my home. They are first folks I have called for quote

If you are looking for Deem this is it. I was given 6900 East 30th Street which is the employee entrance. Unloaded a full trailer in 20 minutes. Receiving docks are very tight. Not impossible. A day cab with a 53' trailer had difficulty, and he had an easy door to back into. There's limited parking in the front where the employee's entrance is. You will have to start your clock to go around back though. There are plenty of pilots and flying J's within 20 miles of here but have to arrive early to the truck stops because they fill up fast. I hope this helps.
