“Early this afternoon after a long bike ride and several errands I pulled into the priority line at the Range Line Road Carmel car wash. A young Black lady whose name I didn’t catch in a very kind way told me I couldn’t drive a bike in a carrier through the car wash and told me I could take it off and set it aside and go through the wash. When i went back to ask another question she was busy helping another customer but Daniel was free and he took the bike and bike carrier out beside the 1st self service stall and saved the stall for me. I wanted to give him a tip but had only a charge card and he said a tip was not necessary. As I was drying off my car Katelyn a new employee was also very kind and helpful.
The service of these 3 employees turned a thoughtless mistake into a good experience. The quality of these and other employees is why I plan to be a priority Crew Carwash customer for a very lon long time”
“I was confused on going with crew car wash or prime cuz all my family friends were going to crew car wash but I went for prime car wash they take there time to cleaning the entire car making your car look like it came out the dealership 5 workers working on your car cleaning mats rims the mats the doors hinges truck engine bay for very affordable price will recommend them to over to prime car wash pulse they need more openings in all over Indy”

“Got home from Florida and truck was filthy. Told employee named Fish and he was actually honest with us and said one wash might not get bugs off. He personally walked over and scrubbed the front and made sure everything got clean. Very pleasant young man. He deserves a raise. Bugs are gone. Thanks Fish.”
