The staff made me feel comfortable in a situation that was making me a little nervous. They are thorough and took great care of my 10 year old dog. I would definitely recommend them and I will come back as a patient should the need arise.

Is there such thing as doggy HIPPA? They won't even tell you whether or not a dog is chipped When you're trying to look after the best interest of a pet.

My pets have been going here for a few years now and overall I have been happy with the service. I always appreciate that they share pricing before services. Wait times are a little long at times, but other than that service is usually friendly and efficient.

Everything was taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. Stella was given superb care and Dr. Park explained all results of tests and procedures explicitly. I was given explainations of costs before all procedures were done.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this vet clinic. I have been coming here for my dogs skin infection/ possible allergies for about 6 1/2 weeks now. I have been to this vet 4 times in those 6 1/2 weeks. They haven’t give me ANY answers. And my dog is pain, not feeling good, not acting like himself, and have been giving him multiple different things to “try.” It’s like they have been guessing what is wrong instead doing what needs to be done. They have had to take two skin tests because they messed up the first one, which I understand it happens! But then they decided to do another skin test that can tell them what has been going on, but why is that just happening after my 4th visit. It should have been my 2nd visit.
I am super concerned with my pet and very mad about how this entire situation with my dog has turned out.

The staff was very understanding and made an effort to work with me on getting my dogs in sooner rather than later. Very caring and took their time to comfort my nervous dog.

Dr. Riccitelli and Emma were great with our dog today. We signed up with their savings plan and plan on staying here! The girl at the front desk was also very nice. Great experience!

Responding to my previous post. My cat was ill. I was not going to give my cat vaccination while he was sick. Medical treatment was refused. I was referred by another vet. I made it aware that my cat was sick and not up-to-date un vaccines.. Bridgeview pet wellness clinic took my money and charged heavily for treatment of two injections. Medical treatment recommendations were refused. If they were so concerned about vaccines not completely up-to-date then why was my cat treated in the first place? Also, I called them multiple times and was dismissed so there is no need to call further. That’s why I’m leaving this bad review this situation was handled poorly from the beginning. I explained that my current vet saw my cat several times this past year and was out sick. That’s why I was referred to this vet.

I was very worried taking my dog in for major dental surgery, especially without having been to this office. However, from the receptionist being friendly and to the helpful and knowledgeable vet tech I met in the morning I was at ease feeling/knowing my pet was in good hands. Thank you for getting her in so quickly and taking good care of my fur baby.

terrible service I showed up for my vet appointment and had to wait 25 minutes to check in because of the way they canceled my appointment before even speaking to somebody at the front desk. Terrible service do not recommend.
