I was diagnosed with degeneration of my spinal column 6 years ago. The neurosurgeon said I was beyond surgery and strongly suggested I start doing. Pilates on a regular basis. I’ve been doing that for 5 1/2 years. I can’t say enough about my gym... Body By Gym Roots. The instructors are all highly trained and qualified, classes are small, and I feel great every time I leave the studio. I give them an A+!

I always leave Gymroots feeling taller and stronger - even if tired. I am more aware of what my body is doing, am stronger and more flexible. Paula understands how the body works better than most people and modifies the workout to accommodate various physical needs/ issues. She is creative with the workout and has genuine concern and care.

This is an amazing studio. IMHO Paula is an expert in working with injured people, challenging them to reach their full potential while at the same time respecting the pain. Possibly one of the best kept secrets in Fishers.

I cannot say enough good things about the knowledge of the instructors and the accomodations they make in exercises for diferent client's needs. Personally, I have really enjoyed the Fusion and Pilates Mat classes. They are all small group and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Many regular faces and many diferent levels of fitness they can accomodate. Paula Lord's knowledge is amazing and can really help you target problem issues through the use of suspension and more . I've also enjoyed Morgan's Mat and Reformer class on a regular basis. Morgan's classes move smoothly and she is a creative instructor - always changing things up. I feel like I have improved flexibilty, decreased pain and gained strength dramatically in just 9 months of going to regular classes at BodybyGymRoots. I am so glad I found them.
