First, I went to the branch located at 7150 E. 116th St in 2020 to set up overdraft for my 5 accounts. Actually met with V.P. Branch Manager Carrie Gibson to set this up. She emailed me on Dec 2, 2020 at 4:29 pm with this message, "Your overdraft accounts have been set up as instructed, to avoid any future overdraft fees". October 17, 2024 I got a letter from the IRS for a dishonored draft due to insufficient funds. Thought I had transferred enough money but miscalculated. Had far more money than was necessary. $72.88 late fee!!! Finally due to work schedule went to branch on Thursday October 24, 2024. Spent an hour for what should have been a simple process! Lulu moved money to a money market and said it would be tied to my other accounts. I tried for several days to view the account login where I have been going for years both on my computer and phone where I could NOT see this new Money Market Account. After emailing she said I would need to log into my other account log in! I stated I did NOT want to use a different log in after using the same one for many years plus "all" of my accounts did not show up on 2nd login that I "never" use. As of today, 10-31-2024 it is still NOT correct with more time wasted trying to get corrected what should have been a simple transaction where I was clear that I wanted to be able to see ALL of my accounts! When I have time I will be looking for a new Bank. Not all pleased with my interactions with the Branch Manager or Lulu. I have run my own business for over 32 years so I come from experience and a different perspective since I deal with the general public on a daily basis and have never messed up a client this bad. Use a different bank or branch!

Went in to exchange $7 change for bills and make a withdrawal in the drive-thru. They don’t have a change-counting machine (never heard of a bank without one), so they told me to come inside. Went in and they said they don’t normally accept change unless you’ve rolled all the change ahead of time, but they can do it if I count and stack it all for them. Finished stacking it for them and writing it for them in a few minutes and then had to wait several minutes for them to get back around to me. My spouse then came in with our potty-training toddler crying to pee because they took so long, but they said when they’re busy they don’t let customers use the bathroom ? They get back to me and take several more minutes slowly re-counting what I just counted and stacked for them. By this point they’re closing and the manager is making snide comments to the Teller about how he shouldn’t have accepted the change and it would take a long time to roll the change (mind you, I showed up 20-25mins before closing). The Teller walked away while I tried asking for my withdrawal so I could leave, the manager walked by multiple times and refused to look at me (let alone respond to my requests). This went on for 10 minutes until I eventually I had to get my young children home for lunch. I will absolutely never return to this branch, their behavior is shameful.

This place is the absolute worst bank i have ever delt with they put a 14 day hold on a cashiers check that was deposited at the tellar after they said they would not cash it. BMO in Canada great bank... BMO Harris straight trash do yourself the favor go next door to PNC Caine and the ladies their have cash regular checks for me up to 25k. And provide a great service to their customer's

From the moment I opened my account at the HTC location to currently everyone has been exceptional. No issues with anything.

Very confused by last review as I can honestly say I've never had a negative experience with this Branch. The Tellers, especially Kate, are professional, friendly, courteous, upbeat and always know your name.
As for Jason, the first time I interacted with him he asked if I preferred to addressed as Sir, Mr. Larkin or Matt and has always, without exception, been nothing but a professional. First rate service and only Bank I'll ever use.

Would love to rate this bank with a zero star raiting. This bank in horribly unproductive and unprofessional. They have just about no clue what they are doing and they make you wait as long as they possibly can. I would also like to mention that Jason the banker is incredibly aloof and seems like he doesn't know what universe he is in. Incredibly rude and disrespectful Jason is. Don't ever transact with Jason avoid Jason.

Not properly trained on how to open business accounts. When you call tech support they blame you as the customer. I am sure they will charge me a fee to close the account. Well worth it to end the relationship.
