Had an honest, accurate online estimate of what it would cost to repair my old treadmill, great in-store counseling from sales expert Todd on what I needed (& could afford), flexible delivery options from Preston at the warehouse--&, finally, the 2 most helpful, competent delivery people in the world. Due to a tricky doorway inside my house, delivery had to disassemble, then reassemble, the entire new treadmill. It took 2 hrs--& not a complaint or groan heard from them!
