“I've been with First Internet Bank (of Indiana) for 25 years now. I signed in in 2000 after seeing an offer for something like $40 for opening a new account. The bank has been my main bank despite me living in another state. I've stayed with the bank because the online platform has remained simple and works well. My interactions with the banking people are infrequent, but I'm satisfied with each one. But most importantly, the website and app have always been able to fulfill my needs, and they don't bloat their product line or try to upsell me with other services. Good job.”

“My wife is a customer, but I was "under the weather" and personally needed an emergency favor. I called this branch on the phone, fully expecting to be told my request could not be fulfilled, as I needed to have collected funds physically deposited to my account across town immediately. I had been told by two other banks in Indiana it could not be done electronically. When I asked for an officer of the bank and got Rich (?) on the line, he offered to not only retrieve the funds I needed from My wife's account (with her permission), but then he offered, without me even asking, to personally, physically deliver the funds to my business bank across town, saving me having to leave my home. I have been in business for over 50 years, but cannot ever remember an Indiana bank ever going to bat for me in an emergency like that. Needless to say, I'm planning on moving some accounts here. Thanks, Rich!”

“I got in around 11:30AM on Saturday. Chad and Matt immediately greeted me from the front counter. First things I noticed was that there was no bullet proof glass. They have free coffee and water. The non-threatening counter and remodeling made it feel more like a craft coffee shop. This is a great location when if they don't have a safety deposit box though. I wanted to open an account and Chad helped me open two accounts and patiently explained my options even though they were ready to close for the day. I never felt rushed. Very satisfied with the service.”

“We have been doing business with Chase Bank at 116th & Lantern Rd, for quite a while. We enjoy that the bank is close to us. We also enjoy dealing with the very nice staff. They welcome you in & try to get to you as quickly as possible. We are very satisfied with the help that we receive.
Recently we needed help with another matter & we were introduced to Dominic Aitken. He introduced himself & listened to what we needed help with. He was able to help us with everything. He is very professional & very easy to talk to & can read when the paperwork is upside down. He ask's the right questions & gives very good advice. I strongly recommend this bank & Dominic Aitken. “I was tired of other banks trying to sell me services that were not in my best interest just so they could get their "points"... I was with chase for 30 years and turn over was a problem because of that same point system. I never had the same banker and I always felt like I had to be on the defense when I went in for a simple transaction. I switched to 5/3 and have never been happier. This is the only branch that I've used and have always had great service and the same banker.”

“Opened a business account today with Daniel Walsh. He was excellent to work with and very personable. He was very knowledgable about the process. The experience was fantastic. After having spent so many years at banks like Chase or credit unions honestly it was refreshing to see a more official and regal looking bank. All of the employees were dressed well and didn't look disheveled like tellers at most of my banks. They do seem to have an older system as far as banking itself goes but I don't think that is a bad thing at all and I look forward to working with them moving forward. The only downside to the process was that they cannot print debit cards in the branch which is only a minor issue, otherwise I am very happy with my ecperience.”

“In 1993 I signed up with INB banking and after they got bought out by other banks I stayed in the same system and relocated to Fishers, IN. I started banking at this branch and have been satisfied with their employees ever since.”
“I recently had to stop into this Chase branch to re-order some checks. Yes, I still use checks. I was greeted by Christian, Lilly and the branch Manager Aday. Christian helped me order the checks, but I had a couple of other questions so the branch manager walked over and sat down next to me and patiently explained the answers to all of my questions to me. He not only took time out of his busy morning to listen and explain things to me, but Aday also went above and beyond to offer solutions to some of my other queries.
I never really enjoyed going into a bank, but honestly, the people working at this Chase Branch at 116/Allisonville Road really seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, and enjoyed talking to their clients.
I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but I felt like I had to because they made my experience not only quick and efficient but enjoyable!

“I was visiting this branch and in the short time I was waiting to see a banker I noticed several people walk through the front door. Spanish only speaking, Arabic speaking, and a man who could only communicate using sign language. The man welcoming people to the branch worked diligently to work through the communication barriers to make sure each persons needs were uniquely met.”
