“I've been with First Internet Bank (of Indiana) for 25 years now. I signed in in 2000 after seeing an offer for something like $40 for opening a new account. The bank has been my main bank despite me living in another state. I've stayed with the bank because the online platform has remained simple and works well. My interactions with the banking people are infrequent, but I'm satisfied with each one. But most importantly, the website and app have always been able to fulfill my needs, and they don't bloat their product line or try to upsell me with other services. Good job.”

“My wife is a customer, but I was "under the weather" and personally needed an emergency favor. I called this branch on the phone, fully expecting to be told my request could not be fulfilled, as I needed to have collected funds physically deposited to my account across town immediately. I had been told by two other banks in Indiana it could not be done electronically. When I asked for an officer of the bank and got Rich (?) on the line, he offered to not only retrieve the funds I needed from My wife's account (with her permission), but then he offered, without me even asking, to personally, physically deliver the funds to my business bank across town, saving me having to leave my home. I have been in business for over 50 years, but cannot ever remember an Indiana bank ever going to bat for me in an emergency like that. Needless to say, I'm planning on moving some accounts here. Thanks, Rich!”

“I was tired of other banks trying to sell me services that were not in my best interest just so they could get their "points"... I was with chase for 30 years and turn over was a problem because of that same point system. I never had the same banker and I always felt like I had to be on the defense when I went in for a simple transaction. I switched to 5/3 and have never been happier. This is the only branch that I've used and have always had great service and the same banker.”

“Opened a business account today with Daniel Walsh. He was excellent to work with and very personable. He was very knowledgable about the process. The experience was fantastic. After having spent so many years at banks like Chase or credit unions honestly it was refreshing to see a more official and regal looking bank. All of the employees were dressed well and didn't look disheveled like tellers at most of my banks. They do seem to have an older system as far as banking itself goes but I don't think that is a bad thing at all and I look forward to working with them moving forward. The only downside to the process was that they cannot print debit cards in the branch which is only a minor issue, otherwise I am very happy with my ecperience.”

“I went into the Bank thinking it would be a little quicker than waiting in the drive-thur. Well folks, I had to wait until the drive-thru people were serviced. Then I was finally able to get my check deposited into my account.
The time of day was after lunch at 1:15pm. Next time I will just stay in my car running the AC while I'm in the drive-thur.”

As for Jason, the first time I interacted with him he asked if I preferred to addressed as Sir, Mr. Larkin or Matt and has always, without exception, been nothing but a professional. First rate service and only Bank I'll ever use.”

Compared to issues people I know have had with other banks and their apps/website/variety if products, etc I am very happy with chase and with this branch of chase.I go to the branch in specific a few times a year to buy foreign currency. The staff are always friendly, greet me upon arrival, and put up with my silly questions. Actually, any chase in our area I've been too have been very helpful.”

“Probably one of the nicest banks I've been to. Ben is awesome and is always helpful, if he's able to help You out he will. All the teller girls are awesome too! They are always smiling and ready to help! This is a very convenient location for me. We had fraud on our account and Ben helped us right away and started calling the banks the fake checks were deposited to. He was able to stop over 5K in fraud checks from coming out of our account. I'm happy with their service overall!”
