The service I received went beyond my expectations, and I'd like to highlight a few key points:One staff member took the time to meticulously test my battery, starter, and alternator. They are super helpful. They will test your battery or check for any error codes for free. I feel like they are helping me get just what I need to keep my cars running. Plus their warranties are great and stored in the system if you get an account here.

I want to thank Zane for taking the extra time helping me with my car. I’m new to Fishers/Indianapolis, so I don’t have an auto shop that I can go to here just yet. Anyhow, my husband replaced the battery but didn’t have the time to clean the connectors. Well the low battery sensor wouldn’t go off after the change. He scheduled an appointment with the local Chevy dealership for diagnosis. I said we’ll go to Autozone and they will do a little test to confirm. I think it might be the little corrosion he mentioned was there. I figured Just need cleaned however my foot is in a boot and hubby away in business. Anyhow, I was driving Saturday and decided to Google Auto zone myself before anything else. The first young lady, Liz was kind and helpful at register. Said I would go to the parts counter. Zane was finishing up with someone but as soon as I started to ask about testing the alternator, Zane explained he would look at battery since it was just changed and test it. He grabbed the meter and walked out with me. Zane didn’t hesitate or seem like I was bothering him. He went out tested the battery, noticed the corrosion and cleaned the corrosion off. Asked me to cut the car on and waited to be sure the light didn’t come back on. He was quick and made sure he didn’t tarry because there were other customers however he helped me and actually saved me lots of money I’m sure. Thank you to the AutoZone, Zane and Liz are awesome!

Went to get my battery replaced. Guy came out at first to ensure he could replace it. Said “yep I’ve done one of these before I can do it.” Half an hour later I leave with no battery, because he couldn’t get a screw out. Drove across the street to Car X, and they replaced it in less than 20 minutes. Only leaving 2 stars because the guy I dealt with was nice

I went in with a dead battery problem. The associate tested my battery, found it was faulty, determined my warranty was in place since I bought the battery there less than 2 yrs ago then gave me my new battery free of charge, all within 5 minutes of my arrival.The associate that installed my battery had a bad attitude, no big deal just someone who apparently hates his job, but that's why no 5 stars.

I can't remember the guys name but i saw he was the assistant manager. super helpful guy. i needed help with my AC as it was blowing hot air. went to buy a $55 refill tank and he showed me how to fix it. blowing cold air strong now right before the peak of the summer heat. right on to this guy. Will definitely be coming back

I stop by too have my battery checked and alternator.the gentleman was very helpful. I wanted to tip him for his time and he said it's all part of the Job very nice guy.very knowledgeable.Thanks AutoZone.I give him five stars,because he made me feel like a five star customer

I am giving this location 5 stars! Dakota has great customer service skills and his staff are amazing individuals.But I want to give his DM (District Manager) a 1 star or a F- rating. I was sold 2 defective alternators (refurbished) and have had to pay over 1000$ just for labor to change them both out. I tried to explain this to the DM of this location, only to be over talked and constantly interrupted with rude remarks. To have someone say…Even though you have 2 other Auto locations informing you the alternators are bad, that “I find it hard to believe that 2 of our alternators are bad, they come fully tested and some must be wrong with your car.” I have had the battery replaced, PCM checked, starter replaced even though not needed and wiring tested Smh! I have taken this SUV to 2 specialist and both are telling me that this one part is defective then guess what…it’s defective. I will definitely say I will never buy another big parts from Autozone ever again! To have something like this happen and then to be treated this way is truly unacceptable. Stay clear of this stores DM people.

I went to get antifreeze for my 2014 Ford fusion at the Auto Zone on Allisonville Road in fishers because it was low on antifreeze. My dad tried to get the cap off of the antifreeze reservoir in my car but he was afraid of breaking it off, so I had one of the employees help me put antifreeze in the reservoir so I had heat in my car and so my windows in my car would defrost. I would definitely come back to the Auto Zone on Allisonville road because they are always helpful.
