“In July 2024, I purchased a used vehicle at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and I had a great experience! The new sales manager apparently switched up tactics to "No Nonsense Pricing" and reduced prices across the lot, in an effort to move more inventory.

★★★★★ The vehicle price, which was reduced twice already prior to our arrival, then further negotiated down, upon asking.
★★★★★ The vehicle had some maintenance completed (oil change, air filter change, new brake rotors, new brake pads, detailed interior), and the car was looked over for general issues, by the service department.
★★★★★ Cheap paperwork fee of $225.
★★★★★ The general manager even came up and greeted me, while I was waiting for the process to complete.
★★★★★ Add-ons were easily refused, without badgering me.
★★★ The title/paperwork part took 36 days (July 18th - August 23rd, 2024), which was longer than I expected, as we did not do financing options. However, I still had one week to go to the Indiana BMV. I just expected the paperwork to be completed sooner.

Overall, I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and the salesman, Alan, seemed to be a great guy. Go buy a car from Alan at Ed Martin! ★★★★★”

“On 465 East a truck tire blowout happened right in front of me at around 6:30am today and I ran over the remains of the tire. It went right under my Toyota RAV4 and only dragged for a quarter second before spitting out the back. Although I didn’t think there was any major damage based on the car still driving normal, no leaks, no weird noises, etc., I wanted to make sure it was okay.

I called around to a couple places but Midas was the one that had availability to see me right away. This was extremely convenient for me because I had to be at work at 9:00am. They did exactly what I asked for: a simple and quick visual inspection of the underside of the vehicle. I arrived on time and they took a look at the vehicle right away, thankfully there was no damage! They even showed me the underside of the vehicle and were very very generous with the cost of the inspection. These are really good guys and from my experience, a mechanic with integrity and heart is the mechanic to go to. I didn’t have to have work done on my vehicle today, but when my car does need repairs I’ll definitely use this shop.

Side note: I actually used to deliver parts to these guys when I worked for O’Reilly Auto Parts (they didn’t remember me because it was so long ago), but some of the same guys are still working at this same Midas location. They were cool guys then and they’re still cool now!”

“It would be impossible to give enough gold stars to this business! Erik and Ryan are very helpful, truly kind, and honest. A few months ago, my daughter had 2 tires with nails in them (and very low treads), they shared options and made recommendations. We were prepared to replace all 4 tires, but were told her other 2 still had plenty of tread left. Ryan offered to teach her how to change a tire. She had another tire with a nail yesterday and they got her in immediately. We were prepared for the possibility of replacing 2 tires. They were able to repair the tire and again told her that those tires have plenty of tread left. In between the tire visits I called to ask about a new battery for my car (cost, when needed). Erik told me to stop by and he’d take a look. I went right over, he tested it, said it was still fine, and told me when I should think about replacing it - no charge for this service. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!”

“This was the second time I've had service at Hash and had to leave a review about how amazing their service and work is. I hit a pothole downtown Indy and was quoted $14K from BMW for the damages done. Hash did the work for a FRACTION of the cost (I paid out of pocket, no insurance claim), and almost 2 weeks ahead of my quoted time from when I towed my car in. Great work on my BMW, I can trust my car is taken care of and they know what they are doing here.”

I called ahead to let the lady know I was on my way from greenfield, In. I told her I would be right around 5pm.
Got there 505pm. Doors all locked. A gentleman walked out never said anything to me. I called the auto dealer side and they were able to call over and just so happen a gentleman was still there I believe Bob. He let me in and helped me. He was actually the one who checked me in when I left my vehicle. Thank goodness for him. They need to fix there close time on website. Plus if a customer calls and says they are on there way and you have not seen them and your going to lock up. Good customer service would have called me to check.
Or do we not have that kind of customer service any more in our world. Just saying.

“Where they lack in technology they makeup in service. They didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock, but Austin called and made suggestions based on factors I was looking for. He was very apologetic for no fault of his own. I received an excellent deal on tires that I’m very happy with, and received lifetime balancing and rotations. I chose this place due to its close proximity to my house, will be easy enough to get rotations for free. Happy I did, will be back for rotations and tires for my other vehicle.”

“At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn't know anything about vehicles. The Finance Manager was wonderful, he funny, sincere and to the point. He got out there as fast as he could. Now, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we had a very obnoxious noise coming from under the steering wheel after starting it. It sounded like a winding electric motor that wouldn't stop. First I do want to make sure I let you know that I did but it as is. I thought I was safe with dealing with a big name dealership. After a couple days of calling my salesman, he set me up with their service department. Their first attempt to schedule service for me was 6 weeks out. I advise them that I didn't just buy a vehicle from them to let it sit somewhere for 6 weeks. After looking a little harder they told me I could drop it there and they would get to in about a week. A day before they were suppose to work on it, I had a representative call me to give me an update. At that time I was impressed with their professionalism. They did tell me that the could not get it to replicate the noise that they heard on the video I sent them. They told me they would try the next day to see if they could get it to do it when it was first thing in the morning. That was about a week and half ago. I've call 3 days in a row now. Left messages with multiple people and have not received a call back. They have definitely lost my respect. I tried give constructive criticism here in efforts to help them improve on their service they are providing.Amendment: I had a GM contact me first thing this morning. He did take measures to dive into this and help me resolve the issues I was having. As a business owner myself, I understand that we can not control every situation to result in the initial outcome we want. However, the efforts he put forth to resolve this were greatly appreciated and as I would do myself. Thank you!”
