I scheduled to get a new bumper installed on my Ram truck and had my truck back in less then a week, everyone was very professional and kept me well updated in the process huge thanks to Ron, Justin and Asia for the updates during the process and providing me with the confidence I was in good hands taking my vehicle there. To top it off I also had a small dent in my truck bed that they took care of at no additional cost! From the cost to the service I’d highly recommend using the fishers caliber collision!”

“In July 2024, I purchased a used vehicle at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and I had a great experience! The new sales manager apparently switched up tactics to "No Nonsense Pricing" and reduced prices across the lot, in an effort to move more inventory.

Here are my ratings, out of 5 stars:

★★★★★ The salesman (Alan) was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
★★★★★ The vehicle price, which was reduced twice already prior to our arrival, then further negotiated down, upon asking.
★★★★★ The vehicle had some maintenance completed (oil change, air filter change, new brake rotors, new brake pads, detailed interior), and the car was looked over for general issues, by the service department.
★★★★★ Cheap paperwork fee of $225.
★★★★★ The general manager even came up and greeted me, while I was waiting for the process to complete.
★★★★★ Add-ons were easily refused, without badgering me.
★★★ The title/paperwork part took 36 days (July 18th - August 23rd, 2024), which was longer than I expected, as we did not do financing options. However, I still had one week to go to the Indiana BMV. I just expected the paperwork to be completed sooner.

Overall, I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and the salesman, Alan, seemed to be a great guy. Go buy a car from Alan at Ed Martin! ★★★★★”

“This was the second time I've had service at Hash and had to leave a review about how amazing their service and work is. I hit a pothole downtown Indy and was quoted $14K from BMW for the damages done. “Came here to get a battery replaced. I had one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I usually go to AutoZone for my car issues, but came here this time. Adam went above and beyond to help not just myself out, but the customer in front of me. Without his help, it would have likely taken me double or triple the time to replace my battery, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. “At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn't know anything about vehicles. The Finance Manager was wonderful, he funny, sincere and to the point. He got out there as fast as he could. Now, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we had a very obnoxious noise coming from under the steering wheel after starting it. It sounded like a winding electric motor that wouldn't stop. First I do want to make sure I let you know that I did but it as is. I thought I was safe with dealing with a big name dealership. After a couple days of calling my salesman, he set me up with their service department. Their first attempt to schedule service for me was 6 weeks out. I advise them that I didn't just buy a vehicle from them to let it sit somewhere for 6 weeks. After looking a little harder they told me I could drop it there and they would get to in about a week. A day before they were suppose to work on it, I had a representative call me to give me an update. At that time I was impressed with their professionalism. They did tell me that the could not get it to replicate the noise that they heard on the video I sent them. They told me they would try the next day to see if they could get it to do it when it was first thing in the morning. That was about a week and half ago. I've call 3 days in a row now. Left messages with multiple people and have not received a call back. They have definitely lost my respect. I tried give constructive criticism here in efforts to help them improve on their service they are providing.Amendment: I had a GM contact me first thing this morning. He did take measures to dive into this and help me resolve the issues I was having. As a business owner myself, I understand that we can not control every situation to result in the initial outcome we want. However, the efforts he put forth to resolve this were greatly appreciated and as I would do myself. Thank you!”

“When you pull into their parking lot, their docks are straight ahead to the last. You can pull all the way through to the street Beyond, go left and there is a big lot where you can turn around to make your backing into their spot easier. I was in and out in an hour and a half and it is first come first serve. I was able to use the bathroom facilities as well. Easy people to deal oh, not a bad delivery at all”
