They also cleaned the inside extremely well (which I did not expect) and washed the exterior. Story's guarantees work for as long as I have own the car. This is a local business in my community. “I took my 1964 Chevy C10 pickup to Macco on 71st St for 2 reasons: they have a great reputation, and I could not find any local shop on the north side who would paint it as I wanted. The paint is not original so there is no manufacturer paint code- the paint is several years old- I only wanted to paint the hood, the windshield frame, and the cowl to match the rest of the truck. A tough job? Not for these folks. Mr.Sayyah, the manager listened to what I was wanting to do, he repeated my request pointing out a few places that needed attention, and gave me a very fair price. They prepared the body, matched the paint perfectly, clear coated it, washed it, and put a warranty on their work. A great job by nice very professional people. May go back and paint the rest- the front looks so good. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.”

“Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”

He assessed and explained my option fromthe simplest to the most complex, and was transparent about what he could and couldn't guarantee, what he might do were he in my position, and what the cost efficiency of each option would be. “Sparkling Image on 82nd Street continues to amaze me. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex who is a young man doing an PHENOMENAL job at this location. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and the way he interacts with the staff as well as the customers. I’m able to speak to this because I get my car washed ALL the time so I’m around quite a bit. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to actually listen to the customer’s concerns and follows up with a reasonable solution. We are use to reading negative reviews about different experiences that people have had throughout life so I wanted to make sure I took the time to spotlight quality!”
“1 St Visit to Westfield Prime car wash.
Arrived at approx 10.30 AM was greeted by a young lady with a smile and personality. She listened to what I needed and then she listened to what I could afford. After leaving car wash met two employees who decided they did not need to wipe down my car and sent me into door # 3.
I was escorted to a comfortable waiting area as they cleaned inside of my car. At approx 11.00 am the young man came and escorted me back to my car. Inside was very clean with no complaints. Passenger seat had been moved to clean back seat area and so I stopped in lot and put seat back in proper position. I noticed the back of the car was still dirty from the auto car wash not doing its job and the two employees who were supposed to wipe it down did not do their job.
I returned to the nice young lady at front. She sent me through a second time.. when I exited I new person was at wipe down area. He wiped down car and windows.
Although it was not perfect they did fix with a smile the concern about my car.
