I don't know what is going on w Att but this store is understaffed and all the good salespeople have left. They never answer their phone. They tell you that you have to buy stuff like next up but then tell you to cancel it you need to call att customer service. I just bought an iPhone 15 pro max and the girl said it would be delivered to me the next day. That was 5 days ago. I have left 3 messages at the store and no one returns my call. Now I'm calling there and the phone call is not going through -Just ridiculous.

Positive: I appreciated Tim's calm demeanor and his willingness to help find a suitable time for the router installation.Negative:The overall communication regarding the technician's arrival was unclear and caused significant inconvenience.I had scheduled a router installation with the company, and during the initial call, I spoke with a representative who informed me that the technician would arrive between 4 pm and 8 pm. Since I didn't get home until 5 pm, I mentioned this to the representative, and he assured me he would make a note of it.Unfortunately, the communication breakdown occurred when the technician called me around 2:30 pm, well before the scheduled time, asking if I was at home. Of course, I was at work and wouldn't be home until 5 pm, just as I had mentioned during the earlier call. The technician then informed me that they might not be able to make it that day and suggested I reschedule. As a result, I have to wait the entire week without internet access, which is quite frustrating

I've not had phone service on my phone since Feb 26. My phone number has been blocked due to an open insurance claim. I lost my phone, then was counseled by my att store on 96th street in Indianapolis to file an insurance claim which I did. Received the new phone. Found my original phone. Sent the new phone back. I have not had phone service since. NO ONE I Have talked to at ATT or Asurion has helped me in the three weeks (with no service,) just tonight found out that the Philippines office is the only one who can close my claim. Ridiculous!! I was asked again to wait for the claim to be closed. I've waited 3 weeks without a phone - I'm dropping Att next week. I know I will not be missed.

Worst store ever. They lie and cheat you out of money. Bought a new phone and they MADE me sign up for the $8 per month optional protection plan. They said it was a store policy. They said you can't leave the store without buying it.So dishonest. 2 hours to buy a phone. Do not go to this location.

Had 0 issues with this location! Eric was amazing. He helped us pick out the best cable and internet packages that suited our needs. He wasn't pushy like other sales people you may encounter. We were afraid we were going to be steered into the wrong direction but Eric heard our wants and needs, and found exactly what we asked for. Couldn't have asked for a better associate to assist us!

I have reached the store by 6.50PM EDT to add a new line on my account. There are hardly two sales people working during that time & there are only 4 customers in the queue. The women at the entrance told that it's going to take some time. I was out from the store at 8.30PM. I can't imagine the service these people are providing. The women who checked in messed up & the people who arrived after me were taken care earlier to me. It took hardly 5 mins for my work (getting a new sim card for additional line) & can't imagine I had to wait for more than 90 mins. The service is awful. I don't understand why wouldn't they have more people working during the busiest hours. I would recommend any one to avoid visiting this store.

We had our phone plan for 5 years. Last year in December we upgraded one of our phones to Iphone7. At the time of the purchase the ATT rep. advised us to buy insurance for the phone telling us it will cost only $8 per month and it will cover everything. I asked him if there will be any deductible and his answer was no telling us the only cost would be the monthly charge. I believed him and we bought the insurance. Last week the phone fall down and the screen got broken. After trying to replace the phone through online request, I found we have to pay $225 deductible. Today I went to the store and talked to the store manager located at 7858 E. 96th St, Fishers IN 46037. The store manager was African American and I told him that the guy who sold us the phone told us there will be no deductible however we found that we have to pay $225. Then I found myself in front of the rudest uncivil store manager I ever met in my life. He immediately starts accusing us that we are lying and he does not believe us and his guy is very good and does not lie. He was looking to us with big open eyes shedding a lot of anger. All what I was able to do, told him cancel the insurance and let ATT enjoy the money that got from us for insurance and then I lift feeling this is not right!!!

Att customer service sucks. We had a complex (to them) transaction: cancel direct TV, cancel land line, separate two numbers into my husbands account then port new biz to them from "V". Been working on this with various Att personnel for 3 weeks. On multiple occasions held as long as 3 hours at a time. Have spoken with 23 people; 5 just today trying to port the "V" number, and being on hold 2 hours 42 minutes, then being told I could walk into any ATT and pick up a free SIM card. After being cut off twice and starting over both times, the Att Rep said the number would port in 3 hours, or 5 pm EST. Went to ATT store to get sim card and they would not give it to me. This is in direct conflict to what I was told. I called my husband to come to ATT store. We left when he arrived and went to sprint. Sprint was nicer, had better pricing, and confirmed my phone (which still works under V sim) was never ported to ATT. Astonishingly -NOT- ATT was wrong again and number never ported from V. ATT=Colosus Screwupigous!!! Would not recommend them if the service was Free.

Went in for a plan change - they queue you up and I waited about 6 min. There was a bit of an initial confusion due to my older unlimited data plan but they figured it out with the help of the manager. ~15 min in and out after the lunch hour

We went in to upgrade my phone at this location. We were signed in as a "walk-in" (they take appointments I guess?) and were paired up with Eric within about 5 minutes. Eric was really nice -- he did a great job of listening to us and explaining how the process would work as we were only upgrading one of the 3 phones on our plan. Unfortunately, they did not have the phone I was looking for in stock, but he quickly contacted the Apple Store (Keystone) and confirmed they had it there, so off we went. Overall, the location is clean and easy to find. Case selection was somewhat limited, but not a deal breaker. We would return in the future if we needed face-to-face help.
