The prices are not competitive with Menards. Crank up the friendly factor, this could be our go-to. For now, Menard holds the $1 spot.”
“I caught myself in an unfortunate situation this morning heading to work, when I was driving down North Franklin heading to work. My vehicle had succumbed to a flat tire due to road conditions and massive potholes on Franklin. I utilized the Ferguson plumbing supply parking lot to make a quick repair and get on my way. After some struggle I felt so defeated with my car, when not one but three Ferguson employees came to my aid. I didn't get their names, but I really appreciate it all their assistance, time, and effort this morning. The parking lot was well lit making it a safe place for me to stop as well. This company is lucky to have employees who care so much for those of us caught up in a bind. You guys rock and I'm so thankful.”

451 Noble Creek Dr, Noblesville“I have to give it up to the NEW General Manager, TIM! My uncle rented a laptop from this store on 6/25/22, the first payment was due July 3. Due to being on disability, he only gets paid 1x a month. Since the 3rd is Tomorrow.. (on a Sunday), disability payments were given on Friday the 1rst. Which also caused the payment to AARONs also removed Friday the 1rst. My uncle decided to not lease the computer and returned the computer back to them on the 1rst. However, the $147.00 dollars was removed from my account on the same day he returned the computer. I was very upset because of this, I was worried because I read that Aarons DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER!!!! TIM KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW THE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 3RD EVERY MONTH, UNLESS THE 3RD RUNS ON A WEEKEND. TIM DID NOT ARGUE THE RULES , HE DID NOT HOLD IT AGAINST ME THAT HE IN FACT INFORMED US THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKING OUT ON THE 1RST DUE TO THE 3RD BEING SUNDAY . HE DID NOT REFUSE NOR HESITATE AT ALL AND HE REFUNDED THE $147.00 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! HE WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL ! HE WAS VERY KIND AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. HE MADE SURE THAT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM TO GET IT FIGURED OUT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , HE WAS ON TOP OF IT! TIM WENT EVEN A STEP FURTHER AND HE CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO RARE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, TO HAVE A PERSON GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, EVEN DESPITE THE FACT HE DID IN FACT MENTION THE PAYMENT BEING REMOVED ON THE 1RST TO ME. That gave us enough time to learn, bake and then enjoy tasty bread with freshly churned garlic butter. Gosh that was delicious!Chef Alisa was so bright, enthusiastic and energetic. She ensured we washed our hands as soon as we got in, showed us all the vessels and gave us a good understanding of what to expect. She was professional and very thorough.I enjoyed my 2 hour class and went back with a generous portion of garlic rosemary focaccia bread and rustic artisan bread. Fun!”

The Employees always go above & beyond to exceed expectations, whether on the phone or in person. They are consistently professional & pleasant. I was especially impressed by their follow-up. When i ordered a hard to find type of Rubber Tree plant which had to be back ordered the plant arrived in perfect condition in a lovely woven seagrass basket. It came with a 90 day warranty, & detailed instructions for care & transplanting. Over a month later the plant still seems strong & healthy. During the waiting period a store associate called to verify the order status and even gave me an opportunity to easily cancel if i chose to, which i didn't. They called again the day before delivery to confirm it was a good day & time for me, although no signature was required. Then soon after delivery they called to ensure it could be taken inside quickly. This is just one example of my positive experiences with Home Depot, always a step above the other home improvement stores of this size.”

It was ready and they asked if he wanted it wrapped, which due to the unpredictable weather, he did. When they brought it out, they had taken a large sheet of bubble wrap and wrapped around it once , loosely. They set it up in the truck and even though we strapped it down, the wrapping job didn't last long. All in all it was an OK experience and I like Best Buy despite their lack of wrapping capability.”
“Our 20+ year old Miele recently died and we went to Vacuums & More for a replacement. While we went in with a plan to get a new Miele, we ended up getting a Sebo after the sales person thoroughly explained the features of each. We weren't previously familiar with the Sebo brand but, as pet owners, we were impressed by how easy it is to clean. While we were there, we also asked about the Hizero mop and they took the time to show us a demo and explain its features. We went back to buy it a couple of weeks later. We found the product selection to be excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. We are very happy with both purchases and highly recommend this shop.”
