All I wanted was to get a second opinion, and I still cannot fathom why your employees treated me the way they did. I was absolutely shocked by how aggressively unhelpful your team was, the way your receptionist spoke to me in front of other customers, and I remain shocked that you're willing to defend your behavior. We wish you luck acting like an adult in your life situation going forward.

Close time is wrong on internet website said 530pm.
I called ahead to let the lady know I was on my way from greenfield, In. I told her I would be right around 5pm.
Got there 505pm. Doors all locked. A gentleman walked out never said anything to me. I called the auto dealer side and they were able to call over and just so happen a gentleman was still there I believe Bob. He let me in and helped me. He was actually the one who checked me in when I left my vehicle. Thank goodness for him. They need to fix there close time on website. Plus if a customer calls and says they are on there way and you have not seen them and your going to lock up. Good customer service would have called me to check.
Or do we not have that kind of customer service any more in our world. Just saying.

Thank you Blake! For your great customer service. This location was so awesome !! Blake is so knowledgeable and made an unfortunate accident a great experience - you guys have a customer for life!!! I will recommend you and this location always !!!! Many thanks to everyone - my car looks amazing.

They wanted total to our minivan, despite only having damage to two doors and a quarter panel. Getting it towed for a second opinion was a nightmare. The receptionist, along with another employee on a separate call, said that it had been towed already, but refused to tell me or the insurance company who towed it or when. I drove by and saw the van sitting in their back parking area. When I asked why she didn't just tell me it was still there, she asked if I was the "real" owner of the car since my wife is the primary name on the insurance. She said she didn't care about the car being towed because she was at home all weekend with her sick kids. She acted like since they'd decided it was total loss, they didn't have any responsibility for what happened to van. This receptionist is a lunatic. If you wanna do business with adults acting like children, I recommend this place.Edit:To be clear, I was quite friendly, and only became rude once it became obvious that no one from your company was going to tell me where my van was. You wouldn't even speak to my insurance company, to the point they were ready to report the van stolen! Up until that point, everyone was very cordial. All I wanted was to get a second opinion, and I still cannot fathom why your employees treated me the way they did. I took my truck in for a minor scratch on a Monday and I got it back on Wednesday, could not believe how fast they work, and the job is very professional and I would go back to this place. Thanks a lot guys.Oh, and by the way, they even have a enterprise person standing by very efficient.

We recently had our vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center and was very disappointed with the experience. When we picked up the car after the repairs were completed, the battery was completely dead and we had to get a jump start just to drive it home. When we arrived home and turned off the car, it wouldn't start back up again.Prior to bringing our car in for repairs, we had zero issues with the battery. It's clear that something happened during the repair work that completely drained the battery. When I called to speak with the shop manager, JR, about this, he was rude and defensive, claiming it was impossible for his technicians to have drained the battery, constantly spoke over me while I was speaking, and then hung up on me mid conversation.Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Our car came back from their shop with new problems that weren't there before, and they refused to take any responsibility, adding additional cost to us on top of the months wait for repairs after being rear ended. We will not be returning to Andy Mohr Collision Center again and would not recommend them to others needing collision repair work in Indianapolis.

I recently worked with Curt Cummings and it was an excellent experience. His level of service was outstanding. His communication was timely and professional and the repair was quick and perfectly done. I am extremely pleased with the service I just received from Andy Mohr Collision Center! I brought my Buick Encore in for a minor cosmetic repair. They ordered the part necessary and completed the job in the same week, which is unheard of when it comes to collision repairs. I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim
