I have been highly impressed after chatting with Hailey, who is one of the employee liaisons at this location. She was able to answer multiple of my questions about this facility and was very kind in helping to point me in the direction I needed to go. It’s nice to find a place with staff who are kind and make you feel like family!

This is the Absolute worst place to bring your family. The staff don’t care, people have gotten ignored so much that they ended up with broken bones because they’re forced to do things on their own! The place is FILTHY! Food is TERRIBLE! The management play nice to get you in, and then show their true colors. They always only have one person working and they are always missing in action because the workload is ridiculous. Residents touching other residents inappropriately. Residents who need to be in memory care but aren’t! The Director of Nursing will leave the staff high and dry when they need help then smile in your face. If you bring your family here prepare for them to be neglected.

For almost 13 yrs I have worked at AVM.
My goal and that of AVM should be to provide exceptional care to the residents !
I hope the residents recognize that from all AVM associates !

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
Do not send your loved ones here.
Especially for rehab. They have no regard for patient/resident safety, comfort or following protocols and then want to gaslight and act absolutely disgusting to the family when it was addressed. So glad we got my loved one out of there when we did before things got irreversibly worse.

I have been employed here for almost 2 years and it's like my home away from home and my 2nd family. I'm hoping this is my forever place ☺️
