The TEA machine is broke! It does not get hot enough and the tea is barely colored water! I sent an email to Corprate more than once! They brag about their amazing team, but nothing gets done. The guy that works there said the machine also leaks! They need a new Team machine. This is been going on for months!

Excellent location for a gas station/ convenience store, on the north side of Ferdinand. The employees are friendly. I was here at about lunchtime and bought a slice of sausage pizza which was good.

This is the best place to stop in Ferdinand for friendly service, c-store items, and excellent coffee. We have been stopping here for years when visiting family in the area and always had great experiences. They also prepare and serve food items including pizza's. They offer online ordering through their app along with a customer rewards program to earn discounts on gas and other items. They are a short distance to interstate 64 and have clean bathrooms.

Got a supreme pizza minus the olives and mushrooms at the Ferdinand store. The only thing the pizza had on it was sausage. When I call the store to let them know the lady argued with me and basically called me a liar. She was very rude. Didn’t appreciate being talked to that way and paying for something I didn’t get.

Shame on you Casey's for being in violation of government orders for essential business and face coverings ect. I visited on 4-9-20 around 11am and even asked the cashier to PLEASE cover her face. She was extremely rude to me and did not comply. Kitchen staff also without face covering. Shame on your employees management and owners. It's a little town and I will not be back at this establishment. You should be reported.
