Well, they are certainly not the 'best'. We recently purchased two items from them - a loveseat and a swivel chair. The loveseat cushions had uneven filling in the seat area. The swivel chair was delivered with its base assembled backwards. I had to fix these issues myself. Notifying their customer service did nothing. Will not buy from them again.

I'm extremely frustrated with this company. Thought doing the right thing and buying USA made was the good thing to do. Unfortunately they only care about the money when you purchase not the quality or consumer when a problem happens. We purchased a manual reclining sofa and love seat. The material on the headrest has been separating and breaking open. We purchased about 6 years ago. I have had prior set for over 20 with a lot more use than now and still looked new gave them to a friend who is still using. Decided to remodel with only 2 adults now and minimal use. I reached out to customer service after finally finding a phone number. Explained situation and was told material was no longer used or manufactured due to the breakdown of material for years. They had my name in their system due to a material defect when first purchased and was repaired free at the time. Best Home Furnishings had known of this ongoing problem and should of reached out to their consumers for a recall or extended warranty. Many, many other responsible companies have done that for years. My advice is to fully search reviews of manufacturer before buying. The BBB has multiple complaints against Best. I normally research everything but I knew the furniture store owner and at the time no one was aware of this material defect. I had purchased a 5 year warranty and it had expired last year. Buyer Beware they do Not stand behind their products. I asked in Good Faith to help with percentage off or monetary help at local retailers to replace my set seeing it would only get worse and spread as I was told by them to other areas. Hoping this experience helps others so they do their due diligence and never have this costly mistake.

We are a Best Retailer. Quality is not what it once was. They expect the un qualified retail stores to do the repairs on their furniture. They only want to send replacement parts. This is unheard of in the industry. We deal with 25 other manufacturers and this is not the normal protocol.From your response. You offer guidance and the part. You send the part and expect us to be a seamstress and a furniture repair tech. You are absolutely wrong. You are the only manufacturer that does not take care of the parts AND LABOR for at least one year. You are also the most expensive and the quality does not justify it. We deal with Ashley, Lane, Catnapper, Jackson, Manwah, Peak Living, Corinthian, Coaster, Coast to Coast, New Classics, Elements and many others. None of them expect the retailers to do their repairs. We are done with Best.

Bought this chair at Furniture Fair... $1794.78, all leather power recliner. 3 years old, normal use. Frame snapped on both sides as I reclined in it put me in the floor upside down. Frame is thin and didn't hold up. Very dissappointed.

We have used Best Furniture products for more than a decade. We had a tan rocker/glider in our first nursery 11 years ago and it’s held up in near perfect condition all these years. Last year I ordered two gliders and an ottoman. These chairs are the most comfortable in our home and the white performance fabric I chose is so easy to keep clean. I’m ordering one of their sectionals next as I hear they are so comfortable!Services: Delivery

I chose Best Home Furnishings to furnish my house and shop. I’ve been working from home since we furnished the house (1 year), and I sit in the same spot on the couch for long periods of time. The quality of the cushions and fabric has held my “sitting spot” together better than I ever imagined. If I purchased another brand, I could already be in the market for a new couch, due to the wear and tear of long term daily use. However, I chose the BEST brand, and the quality speaks volumes for my wallet and for my comfort level. Spent over $3,000 purchasing a motion sofa and love seat 3.5 years ago, with a 5-year (extra cost) protection plan. The leather type covering started flaking and peeling during the last year.Turns out the Guardian protection plan doesn't cover cracking and peeling, unless it were scratched or cut accidentally. Contacted the manufacturer (Best) and their warranty is only one year.We are a senior couple, no children or pets, live in a mild climate, and there was no abuse of this furniture. Bought a power reclining sofa and the power cord was missing. Part of quality control should be to ensure that all parts are with the product prior to boxing. There was only one box. The back cushions were wrapped in plastic. There is no place for the cord to be lost, yet... it is missing. For a $1000 leather couch, I expected better. This is my first and last purchase of Best Home Furnishings products.Service: Couches/sofas
