I didn't like that they charge to cut off a lock someone else put on my unit without my permission. That's not very professional when the safety of my belongings is what they insure with the service they provide. But I didn't have any issues other than that. So I give it 2 stars

Access storage was easy to deal with and prices never increased while renting. However, when we went to empty our storage, most of our items were ruined due to mold, mildew, and mouse droppings. I spoke to customer service and there was nothing that could be done. They just said they handed out pamphlets in the beginning of the rental stating how to prevent that from happening. Our loss I suppose. I have never had that happen at any other storage units previously.

I rented a small storage unit in anticipation of an upcoming move which never happened. I called to cancel the unit and they were so understanding of my situation, even refunding the entire amount. Wonderful customer service

Over all fairly clean. Little hard to understand how to obtain unit but once you talk to owner and get email pretty easy. Lock you have to buy for $15 cheap Chinese made.

They have great storage units! Easy to work with had to change units because it was to small ! Had no problems. Bonnie in the office is great to work with! I would recommend Access Storage to anyone!

Excellent customer service and made the process of renting a new storage space extremely easy. Explained everything clearly and had everything ready for me to get the unit rented and move stuff right in. Highly recommend for your storage needs!

These are nice units and decently priced. I was given the main address, but the bank of units that mine was in was at a different location. I was not aware that their units were in different locations. Granted, I later found out that the others are across the highway. I called and left a message, which they promptly returned at the next business day. Staff was kind and was able to cancel my unit and refund the amount.

Easy access to storage locker. --update 9/1/20 We needed the storage locker for a short period of time. We had no concerns with our rental. Locker was clean and empty. Access to the locker was as easy as driving up to the door, that was it. One simple request, the ability to cancel online instead of via phone. If we need a locker in the future, we'll happily go with Access Storage!
