“I was in a minor collision and took my car to Cookie's Body Shop and I’m very happy with the results! The estimator at Cookie's Body Shop did a great job and worked with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs, I didn’t have to do anything. They also got my car in faster than everyone else around Indianapolis that I had called. The repairs were done in the time that they originally estimated it would take, I was so happy to get my car back on time. The employees that answer the phone are very kind and responsive and communicate very well. When I picked my car up when it was done, it looked perfect, I couldn’t tell it had ever been damaged. They even washed the vehicle and I was very thankful for such a great job that they did, it looked like new again and even smelled nice on the inside. Plus the radio station they left it on is awesome, I’ve been rocking it ever since! If you are in an accident or just need a little body work done, make the folks at Cookie's Body Shop in Acton, IN your first and only call.”

“We had to have a taillight and side panel repaired on our 2015 Range Rover, parts were difficult to find, but Mick the owner and shop manager Nathan did a phenomenal job sourcing the parts and did an outstanding job repairing the damage to our vehicle. They have 5 star customer service and are the most honest and hardworking gentlemen! When it came to quoting the damage and amount of time it would take to fix the car they were upfront and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. “Extremely happy with the service thus far I have been all around looking for this one harness for my vehicle I was told Saturday by another yard that that Randy’s show they had the one I needed first thing this morning I called and spoke to someone about it the man went out of his way to give me the vin number of the car it was pulled from so I could call the dealer to ensure that the part I needed would be the same part that was pulled off the vehicle and That wasn’t all he did.. he also went the extra mile and sent photos of the harness to me to ensure it was correct!! I’ll be making the 2.5 hour trip there to get it tomorrow!!! Again thank you guys for your help thus far along the way!!!! When fixing a vehicle the less stress the better and you all are a God send along my repair road! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“The owners, Rusty and Patty, are really good, honest people. One time I accidentally put some higher priced scrap in the lower priced bin. They let me know about it and put it in with the higher price scrap. I would have never known but they didn’t take advantage of me.
Also, Pettit’s Usually pays the highest in scrap prices. We used to live close by but moved and now we’re closer to SAP. However, I still make the trip to them because of the honesty and helpfulness of everyone there. I’m Usually in and out in under 15 minutes.”

“My son had a flat tire on the outskirts of Shelbyville. We couldn't get his spare out of the trunk. The fix-a-flat oozed out of multiple holes, and AAA Wrecker was 3 hours out.I called several shops in town on a Friday night for the tire we needed as I figured I could get the tire swapped out on the rim? No one had our tire except for Wal-Mart.With an hour to close, they said they THOUGHT they could squeeze me in?Seth was extremely kind and understanding when I got there. I didn't get his last name, and I tried to tip him for getting me done so quickly, but he refused the tip and actually looked a little surprised that I would even offer! But Seth REALLY HELPED us out of a tight spot, and I really appreciate the service we received.”

“My wife and I's vehicle broke down and needed it fixed ASAP. So, we had a family member change our alternator(he said he was a mechanic)but when he changed it, he didn't disconnect the battery first. So, long story short, by not doing that, he burned up our brand new alternator we just bought and it shorted our battery out as well. We had to put in another battery hoping that would fix our problem but it didn't(this was all before we knew exactly what he did wrong and what part was bad). So by him short cutting the job, I had to replace the alternator twice and the battery twice and didn't know where to take it that was reasonable, does good work, trusting, and could get it done in the amount of time that we had cause I was being admitted into the hospital to have a feeding tube put in to help save my life. I have so many health problems that I couldn't miss being up there and this was our only vehicle. So, my wife and I looked up different mechanic shops and found this one and needless to say, we found a garage that we trust and that's Christian based. They took care of us and we appreciate it. DEFINITELY WON'T BE ASKING THE FAMILY MEMBER FOR HELP WHEN IT COMES TO CAR MAINTENANCE AGAIN LOL”
