Very good. I met w Kayla Nielson she was super helpful, walked me through everything and it was done in a timely manner. My situation was kinda unusual and she was super sweet and went above and beyond to help out.I would invite others to enjoy Woodforest banking.J

Everything about this bank is awful. I feel so sorry for the people that work here because they are so understaffed all of the time. Woodforest Bank is designed to take advantage of poor people who have no choice but to use their services. I've completely shifted to digital banking and the only time I ever have to come to a WF location is to deposit actual cash. Somehow they still manage to be disappointing even when I only visit then once every few months. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere if possible.

This bank has the most horrible service I've ever experienced. The employees are rude and just continue to stare at you while you wait in line. I've literally been standing here 22 minutes to make a withdrawal
