“Today, I went to Discount tire(Hirschland Rd} to have a new replacement tire put on. They got my van in quickly and did a good job. Afterwards, Marcus, the customer service rep., walked out with me to the van because I was confused as to whether my spare had been stowed back under the van or left inside of the van(after the mechanic had called me). It was under the van where it belonged, but the handle to the jack was on the floor up front. Marcus put it back in the compartment where it belonged for me. It was very difficult to get it back in, but he worked diligently at it in the 90 degree heat until he had it stowed correctly. He is a very kind and conscientious young man.”
“Jeff did a great job with my car! I thought that my car was irreparable but my mom recommended his garage to me. We had it towed there Monday afternoon and it was fixed by Tuesday around noon. He was incredibly nice and INCREDIBLY reasonable price wise. He broke down each cost so you understood what you were paying for.
