We take our dog to get nails trimmed there. He absolutely hates people touching his paws. Wendy’s somehow get it done without even a wimper. Awesome and easy serve and would recommend to anyone

Mackenzie and her staff do an excellent job. They are always kind and patient with my dogs. The dogs always look and smell amazing! I love the staff at Wendy’s. They are a great group to work with!

Was really satisfied with the service. Took our Rottweiler mix for a bath, nail trim. He was done on time and smelled good.

We do not get our dogs groomed here, but they are very sweet and gentle with our puppy when clipping her nails. We have never once had issues!

Four years ago, I was referred to Wendy's by a best friend whom referred me also to the rescue and forever home for my wonderful pet. Wendy's Customer Service was excellent. Life changes, and we all have to accept that indeed. I met the new owner, respectfully and honorably recognize her for taking on the business. It is in this day and age a challenge with the COVID effects, keeping and finding loyal employees. Using resources such as this site assist with those business challenges. I google to find the phone number and the site also shows the hours. You can call them and ask their hours, staffing availability, her flexibility to accommodate my needs. She excels in the needs but you have to understand, have an open mind and it is a give and take. Today, it is different and most all businesses are different. I find no issues nor need to complain about this business for it has been since Wendy retired that "Kenzie" does a great job for the needs when I visit. She is flexible, her prices are within reason, the service of those visits are complete and she has compassion for her customers. I give her FIVE stars! Give her a call before or check her hours of operation. The staff also is friendly and even though I have been there with them as a customer, they know me and my pet! I recommend them and will continue my business there. There are several businesses you can try but this is the BEST in Evansville if you want reasonable appointment time needs (if you work) and they communicate and take care of your concerns if you have any. Thank you and this is honest, genuine, and fact.

We had been going to Wendy’s for almost 10 years & never had a single complaint in our tenure. All of the groomer’s & Wendy were great.While it’s 100% okay that Wendy Sold to some new owners & someone else is taking over this amazing asset, our experience has not been good since Wendy left.Our visits with out Wendy or her normal crew were not the best. It doesn’t even matter that Wendy sold the business, because many people could be qualified to live up to the reputation that she built, it was the poor communication that followed the sale.They changed business hours without notifying so pick up times changed & were earlier & hard to pick up your dog at 2pm when you have to work.Then both of our dogs were cut from grooming, shaky, & very scared when they got home. Which has NEVER happened, they have always loved the grommet.Then we call & mention, not complain, about our most recent visit (it’s important to share good and bads of the service so we can all learn). Kenzie offered to give our next visit 50% off, we declined, but she insisted. Great! Solved.Then we went to the next visit (50% off), went to pay for the dogs & was told $70 was the price of the dogs… Now how is $70 total, 50% off of $80? (2 dogs at $40 each). Well you’d be right, it’s not, but Kenzie insisted that it was 50% off. She said she gave us $10 off each dog… oh, we also got a price increase with out notice. We were notified when we were supposes to pay, so we were told after services rendered. But Kenzie kept insisting that $10 off each was 50% off.We proceeded to cancel & be “removed from all systems”. Not heard or listened to, but slightly argued with & with no apology. Again, almost 10 years with no complaints.Overall, they just haven’t communicated well didn’t follow through, & haven’t been consistent. Hopefully they can get it together & continue on Wendy’s legacy.

The girls there are so nice and my Attie would go to them only. She got so excited when I asked her if she wanted to get her nails done and see the girls . Attie has gone to heaven now. But I'll always be thankful how these wonderful ladies made my baby's day

Absolutely love Wendy and the girls! They pay excellent attention to detail, have great prices, are friendly and personable, and are always gentle and kind with our elderly dog. My family and I have taken our Maisy to Wendy’s for about half of her 15 years and we look forward to seeing everyone on our visits! They really do love our girl. The whole staff expresses genuine concern and care when I inform them of any health changes or things to watch for and they make notes each time, which I appreciate so much. She always looks wonderful, smells fresh as a daisy, and feels so good she prances around the house the following couple days looking so proud of herself. I highly recommend taking your pups for a visit, you and your dog will leave very happy!
