Just go elsewhere!! Absolutely horrible experience, they do not stand behind their products. or do what they say they will.Have had nothing but problems, and the owner has no clue how to handle it. Salesman was awful, just a terrible experience. I will never buy from them again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at Wayne’s especially Debbie, Sandy, Matt and Jace(?)! My refrigerator went out during the night, and since I never had to purchase a major appliance before, I went to the local big box stores and was not impressed with their stock nor the fact they contract out delivery to a third-party company. As I sat in the parking lot Googling appliance stores, Wayne’s Appliance came up as the number one rated appliance store. I was nearby so I stopped in. Best decision I ever made! Debbie greeted me immediately and we discussed my situation and the urgency of me getting the right refrigerator in a timely manner. They have great stock and I was able to purchase one within 15 minutes of my walking in the door. Delivery was set for three days later (the fridge was in-stock but they had all delivery times booked). Later that same day, Sandy called and said they were able to deliver it that day! Matt and Jace, who are employees of Wayne‘s Appliance - not a third-party delivery company - were extremely courteous and took all types of measurements to determine which door to bring the refrigerator through. Once they removed the old refrigerator, they allowed me time to clean the area before placing in the new one. I was told many times by both Debbie and these two men that should I have any questions at all or any type of concern/problem, to give them a call anytime.
Wayne‘s Appliance will now be my one and only go-to center should any of my appliances bite the dust! Oh, and by the way, their prices are in line with the big box stores.

I can’t recommend buying from Wayne’s enough! Great buying experience and the delivery guys were the best. They set up my new washer and dryer and even gave me a demo of all the bells and whistles. Won’t shop anywhere else!

We can't say enough good things about Wayne's! Our refrigerator finally stopped working, and since we don't have stainless steel appliances, it was impossible to find a new white one in stock at any of the big box retailers (and forget about trying to talk to a human employee on the phone). We knew which fridge we wanted, but couldn't wait a week to have it delivered. Plus, we need it installed, and not all the big stores do that (we found that out the hard way in the past).
So we called Wayne's. Yes, they have the exact fridge we want in stock. We called them about 30 minutes before closing, and within 10 minutes we had purchased the fridge and they set up delivery for the next morning. They arrived for delivery and had the old one out and the new one installed in around 30 minutes.
Don't waste your time at the big box stores. Just go to Wayne's first. They'll take care of you! I won't go anywhere else next time I need a new appliance!

Awesome salespeople very knowledgeable and helpful, they go the extra mile to get things done right the first time. And Matt in deliveries is outstanding, don't know what he makes but not near enough!!!!

We got an oven from them a few years back. We live about 25-30 minutes away. We had several problems with them, first they lost our order form. Then it took almost 3 months to get our oven in, then when it did come in they didn't know where it went. So it just sat at the warehouse for another two weeks.
Then after we finally got the oven delivered, it broke on us and they refused to come and fix it. Needless to say, I will never go to them ever again.

Debbie is excellent❣️ . She helped me choose the perfect range at the price point right for me. She was very helpful & knowledgeable about all the appliances. She even had a general contractor who works with Wayne’s to contact us for the installation we needed. I have shopped at Wayne’s Appliance since I was married at 18 and am 75 now and they are still my go to store❣️That says it all❣️❣️
