FLATBED roofing loading, Yes, you're at the right location it looks abandoned and closed. Flatbed back in past the fence, you'll see the loading bay they load from both sides leave room. People here are fast and friendly. ??

One of best places to deliver, in and out in 15 minutes. Only downside is that you need be very careful to drive through the narrow alley.

This place is really tight so much so that going into dock area I had to do a u turn to go in from the right. In the warmer weather it may be better but snow drifts make it hard to turn.
