“Arrived at 10:10am for 11:00am pick up appointment. Waited for a dock for a while. They don’t respect their own appointments. They started loading at 12:30pm. Loaded at 1:30pm (first experience)
other times I got loaded in less than an hour from appointment time. Low chances to get loaded before appointment.”
