We had a great experience at Village East. Everybody was professional and you can tell that they are animal lovers. They really worked with us on what we needed. I feel confident with the treatment they gave our animals. Highly recommend!

We had to switch because our previous veterinarian retired. You made it a real smooth process and a great experience. Everyone was kind and helpful and understanding because my dog is old and takes lots of meds.

The doctors and staff are amazing. I had so many questions on my girls first visit and they took their time to answer everything. Not pushy about anything extra allowing me to make the best decision for her. They were also accommodating for someone like myself being around a large amount of dogs after being attacked by one.

2 stars only because we used to love seeing dr melchior.
my sister and her family had to put down their family cat of 16 years today.
my sister said the clinical staff was great…
my 10 yo niece wanted to go. when they got there she told her mom she wanted to stay in the lobby. she was crying a little.
NOT ONE of the front desk ladies acknowledged or spoke to her. No empathy. i am so sad for my neice. this was her first ever loss.
::: when a child comes in and is ending their cats suffering, respectfully offer kind, loving, empathetic words…SOMETHING. THIS IS WHAT YOU DO.
i tried to tell her maybe they didn’t know what to say…she is smart; she said yes they do because that’s what they do here.

Dr. Jill Kemp is absolutely wonderful. She is a stellar veterinarian as well as a stellar human being. She is kind, caring, intelligent, experienced, humble, dedicated, and so gentle with my pets. The vet techs are friendly, kind, and caring and I always feel comfortable with them handling my pets for procedures.

Great service all the way around as always. All of my cats go here. Very helpful and sympathetic with one of my cats chronic illness and very proactive in taking the necessary steps in getting the answers we are looking for so we can get him the treatment he needs. They are very helpful and understanding with my cats needs and allow me to request medication for him (that he has taken in past) without having to bring him in everytime for an unnecessary exam, saves me ALOT of money… our boy has been sick since we have adopted him 5 months ago and we have taken him into their office 4 times, called in for different meds for different ailments close to 6 times.
