This is not an actual Verizon location, and I learned this the hard way. Nothing but troubles with the service for the last year and a half. Paying much more than they told me, and paying online is sometimes a problem.

Is it normal for them to close 20 min early?? I was going to pay my elderly uncles bill but got there at 6:40 and they were closed. A worker was taking the trash out. SUPER INCONVENIENCE

Went in today with a busted phone and nothing was retrieveable due to a bad port and inop screen. Austin met me at the door and did everything he could to try to help and set me up in a new phone on a great deal and managed to retrieve what was possible! He was very knowledgeable and very patient! A++++ service! Thanks Austin!
