My item arrived on the 5th after waiting for 4 days i went to the post office to see if I could pick up my item they have 1 person to run the counter after waiting for 15 minutes I was told that I couldn't receive my item because it was still in a unopened container ?

The dumbest people on earth. Always delivers the mail and slams our mailbox shut to the point it wakes our newborn. I literally hope with every fiber of my being that every person who walks and delivers mail gets hit by a car. Absolutely stupid and worthless.

Driver almost hit my car with my son in it. If I wouldn’t have swerved I would’ve been hit bc they were speeding and driving erratically!!

We were moving a shelf from home and to a trailer. And we aren't spring chickens. Eric was out doing his job on Dexter and Taylor Ave.He immediately came to take over with moving this shelf.I cannot tell you how moved I am.Unfortunately, in these times I am accustomed to bystanders not being "just a good human".Thank you Eric for being a good human.

Employee lying about a package being onsite so they don’t have to do their job. Lied about it going out for delivery at 4:30 pm.Useless people work here.

Yet another day that mail doesn't get picked up. If I don't have mail to be delivered they refuse to come pick up the outgoing mail (yes it is visible that there is mail ready to go out). This happens way too often. I also get mail for the same address on different streets at least 3 times a month. Do better!

The people up front are good to deal with but I am not getting my mail delivery for the second time this year! I know this because I get the daily email for USPS Informed Delivery. I don't know what the problem is this time but last time the new kid delivering my mail shut off my service which caused a lot of issues because my mail was returned to sender. I didn't get a check I had coming and missed a lot of bills. Back then I didn't have informed delivery, I highly recommend it so you can see what they are not delivering. This is the worst Post Office delivery system I have ever had!

We get a different delivery person everyday, and this week no mail so far. I live in the north spring st. area, it's very agitating!Get it straight post master, do your job!

I always have a good experience here. Can't say the same for my mail service. Informed delivery doesn't often show many things (I know this isn't the issue of this location). It also took 2 weeks by 2 different people locally to get Christmas cards!

The woman that worked was me was wonderful!! I was sending some letter mail that needed an international stamp and I had a regular package. I forgot to add a do not bend sticker on the package as I was sending artwork and the lady stamped some do not bends on it! I was really happy that she was super sweet and understanding! Overall I would happily visit this location again!
